I'm glad to hear Auntie Bev has gotten a diagnosis but sorry to hear it isn't good. I will pray that she has more good days than bad. I can imagine how much discomfort she's in. Sorry to hear about your Uncle too, Barry. Poor fella. Bless him. I'll include him in my prayers as well.

Barry, I hope the lawn mower is okay. I did that once too and worried myself sick over it. It was ok after it sat for a day. I know how you feel.:( I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../hideydog6.JPGFritz this morning on Mom's bed,head buried under ther blanket.Mom couldn't get the bed fully made,he was at the end of it snoozing.He finally got off,too late for breakfast.He went to bed with after I had to get him after he got of bed and un der the table,got a weiner and got him back.it may have been then he left a wet spot by the dining chair,not happy with.Had his snooze behind the couch in his "hole" and then on Mom's bed when we went with Larry to take the Lawn mower to a small engine place.They are two weeks behind so will have to be patient and maybe have to borrow my Uncle's lawn mower if I have to cut anyone's.Had some of a Hot dog with me for lunch ,now upstairs in the living room.Having Subs for supper,Mom going to a Auction at church tonight,I think both Marlene and Larry are going too.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...sittinout1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...sittinout2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ideyfritz1.JPGFritz sitting out on the patio last night and this morning under the pilow on Mom's bed.I was running water in the tub for a bath,Fritz picks this time to go out and sit on the patio,he does the same with Mom when she does dishes.He stayed upstairs on Mom's bed,barking some of the time.She had a good time at the auction,bought some Tea biscuits,Larry bought some paintings and golf balls,his brother Frank golfs.Fritz came dowen when Mom came home,had some sort of snack,then looked at me ,I didn't have what she had then he went under the little couch.He went when we did.He went to my bedroom,the was going to Mom's ,I was going to help him get up and he took off,had to get a piece of weiner,running out of that,going to be Bologna the next time.I got him to bed where he stayed and he was right under the pillow this morning.He had breakfast,he ahd a brushing from me,Mom combed out his ears,were tangled a bit,now with her in her chair.He will go to Mom's bed when we go to church.Rain tomorrow 45,showers Tuesday and morning showers Wednesday and 52,59 on Thursday and Sunny,Friday,64 and Sunny.

Ahhhhh......the life of Fritz. Fritz living the good life there in Bowmanville. You're the star of the show, cutie!! Again, I have to say that Mom and Barry do a great job in combing you. http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...indowtime2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...onkyfritz1.JPGFritz in the window this morning,a dark and rainy,windy morning and on Mom's bed a little later.Had quite a time with him last night,he finished his supper after he was first in the chair,I got up to check on him,he then got under the table and I got a piece of weiner and put him to bed.Around 10 after 1 this morning he was off again,go Mom up,he ended up under the table ,Mom got a piece of Bologna,picked him up,it is all she can do to lift,arm bothers her so got me up and I put him out,horses around before doing anything.I picked him up and took him back to bed.He was there only 10 minutes then he got down,Mom said to leave him and it wasn't long before he was on my bed,slept with me.He came out this morning and had cereal and toast,then up with me in the chair then the window,barked at kids wearing raincoats.He then took off down the hall and under my bed then went to Mom's bed for a snooze,don't know if he is still there or back in the living room.having a problem with Black flies on our back door ,some have got on Fritz,not a lot, he has been biting little,that may be it.Wet and rainy today,again tomorrow afternoon and Wednesaday morning,59 thursday,64 Friday and 72 on Saturday.Mom has a busy week,a Ecumenical dinner with people from area churches at a high school here,tomorrow, is gift shop,Wednesday goes and plays cards,Friday a appreciation dinner for Meals on Wheels people,Saturday has to serve at a dinner at the church,has to make 2 Pumpkin Pies,Marlene making Blueberry Pie.Samantha is 4 on Thursday,probably a party on the weekend,mom has to make up a excuse not to go doesn't want to get Larry mad,getting rather tired of this if only Larry would make up and everything can better again,Mom won't have to fib and say she was talking to other people and not the kids and I wouldn't have to tell Marlene we haven't heard from them.

I am really sorry to hear that Mom can't go to Samantha's birthday. What a shame. Happy Birthday to her!! One day, Larry will realize that life is too short and family needs to be together. I hope so. I know that disappoints your Mom because she can't go. :(

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/coverup1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/coverup2.JPGFritz covered up in the blanket this morning.he came up to my bedroom first then went to Mom's where he got right under that blanket and Mom got me to get him out,he would smother himself if he stayed that way for too long.This morning goes under the dining room table,tail was going a bit,think he wanted the breakfast there.We wanted him to go out,he starts running around tormenting me.once went to the door,got theh leash and he took off,I sit down and off he went to the door and he went out.He spent time in the window after all this,then with Mom and then on her bed.A little cool today around 45 and a little windy,didn't get the prize yesterday,the person was held up ,busy at work so it will be tonight around 4:30,so will se what happens then.Mom has cards tonight so Fritz will be upstairs in the window then her bed,will likely bark at things that aren't there.Finally,think my sister's email works right,got a email from me today,hope it ends that problem.Another dog poisoning on the weekend,this one in Mississauga,Ontario,Someone left yogurt in a dish mixed with window wiper fluid for cars,the dog a Weimaraner will be fine.Don't understand why people do this,they must have screw loose somewhere.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...fritzhidey.JPGFritz snoozing under the pillow this morning.fritz was down here to start last night under the couch then Mom left to play cards,he first layed down then sat up so I let him up and he went to the window,barked a few times then to Mom's bedroom and did the same.Mom came home around 10 after 11 and Fritz greeted her.She came down for a few minutes,Fritz stayed at the top of the stairs,had to go out and he came down after.He first went to my bedroom then went to the living room and under the table,left him ther and cam eot Mom a few minutes after and stayed the night.Fritz finally got up around 5 after 8,was with me in the chair and after a few minutes there took him out and then brought him in and brushed him,now in the living room,Mom gone shopping.Rather cool here 48 but cloudy and a cool Northwest breeze making it seem colder.Finally will get the prize today sometime after 1.He did cuddle with Mom some this morning and snoozed at the end of the couch also.Fritz is getting a bit tubby,22 pounds so will have to walk him some,when he goes to the vets for his yearly shots,probably will be told the same thing,he needs to lose weight.

Sadly,the Weimaraner who got poisoned took a turn for the worse and died of the poisoning,now they need to find the idiot who did this.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../hideytime.JPGFritz having a snooze in his "hole" behind the couch this morning.Last night snoozed under thre blanket of the snall couch then under,earlier had grabbed a clothespin we use for chip bags and pulled it apart.he was ready to go to bed last night,went out first then to the living for a few minutes,then came ot my bedroom then mom's and had a quiet night he came out and went right to his "hole",was there a couple of hours before he wanted out the front door where I got him and put him out back.He is now in mom's chair.Mom has made 2 Pumpkin Pies,Marlene made a Blueberry Pie for a Banquet at the church tonight for the 75th Anniversary of St.Andrews Presbyterian Church here,just up the street from ours,Mom serving at this tonight.Supposed to be 80 here today feeling like 91,showers or thunderstorms tonight,rain overnight into tomorrow,high tomorrow 52,75 on Monday before cooling off again Tuesday and 55 with a thunderstorms,same for Wednesday.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hideytime1.JPGFritz this morning snoozing in his "hole" behind the couch.he took a sniff of my toast and went right his "hole".Mom went to serve at the banquet,190 people,said it was warm in there.She brought some food home from it,will heat it for supper.We were supposed to have a thunderstorm yesterday,didn't but got some wind and rain,power was out a few minutes all over town,it came back on ,the doorbell went and off Fritz went barking,.He spent time in the window and the bedroom barking,may have been thunder,too wet for anyone out there.Mom got home a little aftter 10,he greeted her,came down and stayed under the couch until bed time,he stayed there all night.He is upstairs probably in Mom's chair,going to church in around a hour,cool today around 52,tomorrow 79 and sunny showers and 59 on Tuesday sunny Wednesdsay and Thursday,57 and 59 the temperatures.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...indowtime3.JPGFritz on morning watch in the window.He pretty well behaved himself while Mom went to the concert,she says it was good,who knew police could sing?,thought they only gave out tickets to speeders!He barked a few times when people went by,he barked at the back door to go out which was nice.he greeted Mom when she came home,came down downswtairs and snoozed under the couch.he camer to my bedroom first then under the table,got bologna to get him out and carried him to bed,had a quiet night.Had his cereal.Begged for me to move it closer to him,takes toast off the plate and moves away from the plalte,is afraid of the plate.Fritz also begged to sit in the chair with me,soon after was in the window.We put some solar powered ligths outside in the flowerbed,the will come on after it gets dark,lighted by the solar power thast was stored there during the day.We also put the rug out in the gazebo,then will chairs out there,nice and sunny today 72,tomorrow lousy rain and 64 in the morning cooling off during the day,possible thunderstorms also like there was in Fort Worth,Texas this morning.

You are so funny, Fritz. Dragging things all over the house to get some treats. What a performer you continue to be all the time. You're pretty cute too. It's seems to be pretty warm there so enjoy that and stay cozy!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...oozypooch1.JPGFritz around noon hour yesterday flipped over on the couch.Before this had some Bologna sandwich.He ate all his supper,we had Hot Beef Sandwiches with gravy, and Caesar Salad,he had some of mine,licked the plate.Had a play with Monkey,carting it all over the house trying to hide it.He snoozed up stairs when Mom went to gift shop,I did some vacuuming which he didn't like.I was half done that upstairs and was about to do the hallway and I turned the switch on the vacuum and the switch sparked ,wouldn't go,finished with another vacuum,just another problem to deal with.He snoozed later under the blanket and under the couch,begged for water.He went up when we did,came to my bedroom,we were ready to go to bed,he runs out and hides under the table so go Bologna to get him out and put him to bed.After getting up today,went to his"hole" behind the couch.Auntie Bev phoned this morning,they are coming a week from Friday which would have been Dad's 83rd birthday.Had to get Fritz outside with Bologna again.Mom went to get nails done,put her hood of her coat up as it was raining,don't think Fritz liked that or maybe as Mom said he wanted to play.

Fritz, that is exactly what I wished I was doing yesterday! It rained all day in Chicago - perfect nap weather.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...arlyflippy.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/tuckyin6.JPGFritz flipped over in the chair around quarter after 8 this morning and at 10 to 7 head buried under the pillow.he was down here to start last night then when Mom went to a visitation at the funeral home,he begged to go up so let him,barked a little bit.He came down a little after Mom came home,stayed ast the top of the stairs before doing so,once down he had a couple of bones,later wanted water,then under the couch to sleep.he came up when we did,was in my bedroom to start,just getting to sleep he leves and goes under the table so got bologna to get him out,a new routine for him ,quiet after this.After getting up, was with me in the chair,stayed there when we went for the lawn mower.It turned out not a serious problem,when I have been cleaning the bottom of the lawn mower had it tipped the wrong way,too much oil,causing it to smoke and quit,under warranty so that was good.Fritz now in the window,mom gone to help serve lunch after the funeral,gone until 4.Rain overnight and into tomorrow,maybe a half inch,in the high 50's low 60's.

Look at those little feet up in the air. How much cuter can you get, King Fritz? One minute you're letting it all hang out and the next minute you're hiding your little face. What a character!!! A new trick to get bologna huh? You have to keep things interesting so nobody can figure out your motives. Such a clever little guy. :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...oozypooch2.JPGFritz this morning on the process of waking up,,when I got up he had all fours in the air and his head under the pillow,got a big laugh from that.Last night wanted water twice,had to be fresh,had some bones,slept under the blanket then under the couch.He went to the living room when we up to bed,wo I go meat again this time a peice of Chicken Loaf.I then carried him to bed,he just about jumped down,stayed for a bit then went somehwere,I heard him in my bedroom,but he did go back to bed.Earlier in the day he brought up his supper,ate too fast right near the curtains,luckily not on them.During the night,Mom heard a animal making a noise crying and crying,Fritz raised his head and listened,didn't bark.Fritz now on Mom's bed,she went with a friend to the Maple Fest to have Pancakes and Sausage,I did some gardening,Fritz at that time was on the couch,heard me,he barked,told him to be quiet,but contunued to make noise.Marlene and Larry went to the cottage ,coming back tomorrow.Probably going to Mcdonald's for Big Macs,Mom was thinking of going to Shannon's she is having a surprise party for brian,he turned 40 on Thursday.I think we are better off not going ,don't want to get Larry and Marlene mad if the heard we went.

What a snugglebunny!! You are one demanding boy, Fritzie!! What a good boy you were not to bark at the crying animal. I know some other dogs that would have barked alot.:eek: Pancakes and sausages sound good. I also love Big Macs. My favorite McDonald sandwich. I used to eat them with french fries whne I was in high school. There was one of the first McDonald's ever built right by my high school in Daytona Beach, Florida. To this day, I still feel like I did in high school every time I have that meal.:) Nothing has really changed.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hideytime3.JPGFritz snoozing in his "hole" this morning.Had Ham Steak for supper,he had some ,ate his own before that and had Ice cream for dessert.Every so often,Fritz's eyes will run and it hardens up so I have to be careful to get it out, got one done didn't want me touching the other.I was telling Mom this last night and he turned around in the chair and looked at me when I was talking.Later on he was on the back of the couch,thought he was wanting something,had all his treats, bones and water,so I told him to go lay down and he got down out of the chair and under the couch,he understood what I was saying,he sure is a smart dog!He came to my bedroom first,then was going to om's,he bumped his head going though the door opening,rubbed his head and put him down next to Mom,had a quiet sleep,had head buried in the comforter this morning.Didn't have breakfast today,went behind the couch,heard a man delivering flyers,he was out of there like a shot barking.Done two lawns today,lawn mower was fine,do Marlene's tomorrow.Fritz had lunch with me and is upstairs maybe in Mom's bedroom,nice and sunny today 64,maybe showers tomorrow night,more likely Wednesday night into Thursday,no rain friday for the Aubties visit,Fritz doesn't know they are coming ,a surprise.

Sometimes Daisy's eyes run more than other times. White dogs seem to have runny eyes more or it's just more noticeable. I read somewhere that baby wipes are good for keeping their eyes clean but I never tried it. I know what you mean, Barry. I have it with Daisy now and I had it years ago with my RB Benny.

He has just been outside,was barking at a little boy next door playing.
