Oh Lut, I'm so sorry for your loss. :( It's a hard time of year to have to go through this, and your mom is of course one of the hardest to lose.
I'm glad you have Bernard and your children to comfort you, and I hope you'll all be there for your dad, he must be devastated. :(

How sad to lose a mom at any time of the year but especially now. Stay close to Dad; he's going to need you now more than ever but you'll find comfort in each other, I'm sure. You are so right, Karen!! Mom went to Heaven now, because she wanted to celebrate Christmas with her beloved eldest son Christian, who died at age 2, 57 years ago!! This happened on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day has since always been a very special day to all of us; from now on it will even be MORE special!Quote:

Lut that is a beautiful picture of your mom. I think I see a little of you in her. I am still thinking of you at this time. My dad passed away many years ago on Dec. 15th and my mom stayed with us until the beginning of the New Year. Your dad will need to be with people for a while early on while he takes this all in. Many thoughts and prayers for you and your family from me.
