Pam, I am so sorry. :(
Rest in peace handsome Trevor.
What a sweet, sweet orangie boy, now making Heaven a little bit brighter.
RIP, sweet Trevor. You were much loved down here.
Hugs to you, Pam, and your crew.
Pam, I'm so sorry to learn about your loss! :( I'm so sad for you, and for Andy, too who must miss him terribly! :(
R.I.P. beautiful Trevor. Now you're young and whole again!
Kirsten
Dearest Pam, I'm so very sorry to hear that Trevor has gone on to the RB. :( It certainly does leave a hole in our hearts and homes when one of our furry loved ones make that final journey. Cuddle Andy extra hard and know that Trevor had a great life with a fabulous meowmy like you. :)
**hugs**
Karen
I had a bittersweet moment at the dinner table last night. I told Helen and Scott that my dear friend, Pam, had lost her orange boy, Trevor. And I thought what a sad, sad day for Pam and her family, especially Andy. :( But I also thought, how strange and wonderful that I sit here and tell my family about the loss experienced by someone who I have never seen in person, but whose voice I know like my own, and who I have "loved" as a friend, for over 7 years now. I never will meet Trevor now, but his loss hit me just like the loss of one of my own would. :( But isn't it a wonderful gift we have received, finding friends, all over the world, because of this wonderful community of people, just like ourselves, who laugh when we laugh, cry with us when we are sad, and support us through tough times?
Trevor, you were a wonderful orange boy, and seeing your pictures and being reminded of your story has reminded me just how wonderful you were. :)
We love you, Pam, and just like you've been there for me, I'm right here for you, too. Just wish I could come give you a big hug right now.
Logan
Pam, I just read your post about Trevor and the Dunkin Donuts. Thanks for making me laugh and thank you for sharing his COTD link.
Pam, I'm so sorry Treavor had to go. (((HUGS)))
Logan this is the essence of Pet Talk. I really can't understand it, but I am ever so grateful for this website. Your words were so true and we are all so blessed to have been able to meet such wonderful friends here. Thanks to Karen and Paul for starting such a wonderful site. Words cannot express our gratitude.Quote:

He lived a long and happy life with you and your family.
I remember when I first joined Pet Talk and you posted a story about Trevor throwing up a nice big orange hairball on the kitchen table that you managed to hide from your husband before he sat down for breakfast.:)
When I read that story, I learned that hairballs come in different colors, just like cats. From my experience with a black and white cat, the only hairballs I ever saw were mousy grey ones. I still can picture Trevor's orange hairball on your table and it makes me smile, hopefully it will make you smile too.
Remember the good times you had with him.
Sending hugs your way.
:o :D Thank you for that memory! Yes, I only shared that with immediate family members and, of course, the whole internet via Pet Talk! LOL! Thankfully hubby never reads PT except if I point out a particular post or picture for him. Trevor's little secret will remain a secret. ;) You know looking back on the lives of our pets does give us comfort after they have left us. We are changed because we knew them even if for a short time in the scheme of things.
Thank you again everyone for such nice posts. He is gone but will never be forgotten that is for sure.
I am so very sorry for your loss :(. Trevor always appeared so calm and laid back in your photos. He sounds like a very special kitty, and that he has left you with many warm and humorous memories to treasure. Rest well, handsome Trevor.
I'm so sorry, Pam. Trevor was such handsome boy and quite a character. Trevor did what he wanted to and didn't care what anyone thought. I am also smiling at the Dunkin Donut story. It sounds like his personality was unforgettable. Such a tremendous loss it is to lose a beloved family member of fifteen years. What a great live he had here and he was loved so much.
Rest in Peace Trevor:( Play hard at the bridge, sweetheart. I know the cream donuts are plentiful there.
So sorry for your loss...:(
Pam
I am so sorry to hear about Trevor. He sure was a character from some of your posts!!!
{{{hugs}}} to you and head scritchies to Andy.
Love
Michelle
I am so sorry to hear this news. He was a handsome orange boy and I know that you must miss him very much. You have my deepest sympathies.
Rest In Peace, Trevor.
Pam, I had no idea about Trevor! I haven't been on PT as regularly with all the moms and babies, I just post updates on them and that's about it. I'm so sorry! :(
Oh my, how could I have missed this? Pam, I am so very sorry. It just doesn't matter if they are 15 or 2 - your loss is just huge.
I am so glad that you had a nice long number of years with Trevor and could soak up all of the love that he constantly gave you.
Goodness, it just seems as though the Rainbow Bridge has far too many new residents. But we know that they are now healthy and happy and just waiting for us to be reunited with them.
Oh Pam I'm so sorry for your loss. Good old Trevor has been a part of your family and PT for a very long time. What a shocker it was to read of his passing :( I'm sure all our beloved departed PT babies will be real good and welcoming to the newest orangie boy.
Please accept my sincere condolonces, my friend, and please give Andy a hug for me.
 ,
Leslie
I'm so sorry about your loss. I just lost my kitty a month ago and was devastated.. Over the rainbow bridge he goes..
Pam,
I Am So Sorry to Hear of Your Loss...
Dear,Sweet Trevor.....Like all have said before...He was a Staple on Pet Talk, and we have Always enjoyed "Trevor Tails" and Great Orange Kitty Photos....
Godspeed to The Bridge,Dearest Trevor....Ms.Puss w/Meet you There...and Guide you.....
Pam,You are in our thoughts and prayers
I am sorry to hear of dear Trevor's passing. I know exactly how you are feeling right now, having lost Jack almost 3 months ago. It hurts like nothing on earth, and you feel such pain inside you feel like it will kill you, but after you've grieved so badly, it'll start to get easier. I still cry about Jack, I kiss his picture goodnight every night, but I try to think of the funny things he did, the happy times we had. You will be this way with Trevor soon...
God Speed Trevor, and I hope you'll make firm friends with Jack and all those other PT cats up there waiting to greet you.

...when I looked upon your picture of Trevor, I loved him, too, and mourned him also. Perhaps because one of my best friends was an orange and white cat; perhaps just because Trevor' spirit came through strongly in the photo.
My condolences.
Pam, since I don't come to PT very often anymore, when I finally do make it here I dread checking the Memorial thread, and today my worst fears have been realized - I come to find one of my favorite PT kitties is gone. :(
I am so very sorry to hear about Trevor. He is now happy and healthy at the RB, and you have many many years of happy memories to help you through this rough time.
RIP sweet Trevor, you are missed. :(
I am thinking of you today Trevor and remembering you, the wonderful kitty that changed my mind about cats. I hope you are having a wonderful time at the RB.:love::love:
Pam, the loss is always fresh and they are with us forever, aren't they?
The Rainbow Bridge is very lucky!
O those ORANGEMEN are just so special!!! I hope all the memories that you have of the 15 years that you had with Trevor, will give you some comfort at this time. Sleep softly, dear Trevor....please look for my ORANGEMAN, Ralph Syracuse at the Bridge... will light a candle for Trevor and his family....
They are always in our hearts. Looking at his pics he was a very handsome boy. What is it about the orange ones. They really are special! All four of mine are special but there really is something about my orange guy Buddy. Even my vet says they are special.
You never forget them, and they never really leave you. It has been over one year since with lost our dear girl Kitty. We still love and think of her. I know how much you still love him.
The CREW and I are so sorry for your loss. I agree we never forget our babies.
I didn't know Trevor, but he was a beautiful boy. I know how much you must miss him.
Oh, Pam, I am so sorry to read this news. ((((((HUGS)))))
