Heartfelt prayers going out to little Miss Hoppy. I know she's getting the best care possible. If only she knew how many fans she has pulling for her. Be sure and tell her that!
More prayers going out from NJ.

All fingers & paws are crossed way over here in the Southwest desert for Miss Hoppy!
Wow, I never realized that bunnies can live 10 years! You guys must be doing something right!!
More parsley and what ever else bunnies eat!!
Get well soon Miss Hoppy!!! :D
Her favorites - the staples - are Parsley and Dandelion Greens, but she also gets other greens, including Lacinto Kale, Dill, Mustard greens, and others. She refuses bok choy, but likes junior baby bok choy, which I get in the good produce market one town over. She's usually got a carrot going, and an ear of corn, husks included, is tasty and fun for days at a time - she'll peel back and eat some of the husks, and some get left until they are crunchy before they are eaten, and she eats the kernels of corn off the cob just like a person does. And she always has plenty of timothy hay as well.Quote:

Oh Karen, I've only "known" two bunnies in my life - the fabulous Miss Hoppy and ZippyKat's Sophie Bunny. I have loved them both and feel like I have been blessed to share them, for however long. I'm so sorry to hear she isn't feeling her usual funny self :(
Karen, I am very sorry to hear about Miss Hoppy. I will hope for the best possible outcome of this horrible situation. (((hugs))) and good vibes coming your way.
*HUGS* :(
Here's hoping that things look up for you, Miss Hoppy!
I hope there's something they can do for Miss Hoppy to make her feel better. Maybe they can shrink the tumor or something.
We will be keeping all our fingers and paws crossed here that the vet can help beautiful Miss Hoppy.
Hop(e) you feel better soon Miss Hoppy. Duncan sends you a great big kissy
Sending all my best wishes to Miss Hoppy, Paul and you.
I had no idea she was such a senior bunny- how great that she had such a good life up to now.
Lots of prayers that she can be happy and comfortable and hopefully they can help her. She's had a good long life with your family and has been very loved. She's a lucky little girl!
I was directed to this thread by another PT member.
I am so sorry that Miss Hoppy is going through some hard times right now. I will be her in my thoughts.
I'm sorry to hear Miss Hoppy has health issues. :(
Sorry to be coming in so late on this...somehow I missed the thread until I finally checked email (thanks Staci!)
Lots of thoughts and prayers coming your way. We sure hope you feel better soon Miss Hoppy!
I've clicked onto this thread before, and I've had "Miss Hoppy" on my mind a lot since reading it~
I was also "directed" to this thread by another PT member, so of course, I've had a Sweet Bunny" on my mind and in my Prayers. :o
Positive thoughts from us for Miss Hoppy, get well soon. :)
Oh no... poor Miss Hoppy!
*thoughts and prayers*
How is Miss Hoppy doing this morning? Hope she's feeling better today.
She has been less sneezy/sniffly, which was the only real 'symptom' she ever showed. Other than that, she is normal, she's just been a little less active over the summer, which may be related, but she never has liked hot weather, so her being less active isn't unusual.
Wonderful news Karen. Taking care of you and Paul and the house in this hot weather is very time consuming and tiring for a busy bunny like Miss Hoppy. She deserves a bit of rest, I'm sure.
That's good to hear Karen. :) This has been an unusually hot summer
for us too. Even the dogs have been less active. They generally wake up
and act playful after the sun goes down & it's cooler. Sending Miss Hoppy
tender hugs. ((hugs)) :)
I'm just now seeing this thread.:o I'm so sorry to hear about Miss Hoppy.:( I hope that the ultrasound will help diagnose her problem and that it can be treated easily. Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent her way.
I'm glad to hear that she's not sniffling and sneezing as much as she was before.:)
Poor Miss Hoppy - my two bunnies send her lots of bunny love.
Prayers and candles lit Karen!
I do hope she will be fine, good thoughts from all us Goodnows. :)
I am sorry that I missed this thread!
Many prayers from me and the girls that Miss Hoppy will be okay. I know you must be so very worried.
Thank you, everyone. My poor bunny sneezed about 30 times in a row once this afternoon. I wish I could help her, but it's not like you can tell a bunny "Just blow your nose, dear."
We will let you all know the results from the ultrasound, that will happen this Tuesday.

Does she prefer a Hankie or Kleenex? :p
Sure hope things improve and she starts to Feel BETTER!
;)
She prefers NOTHING to touch her nose, thank you very much! Not the underside, anyway. Petting the nose from the tip back toward her ears is her favorite method of being petted, but one is NOT encouraged to touch the nostril area, not at all.Quote:

I'm sorry that I didn't see this thread until now.
I hope Miss Hoppy feels better soon and I hope that the ultrasound goes well on Tuesday.
Give her a hug and kiss from me if she will tolerate it. ;)
I will pass along the hug and kiss after she comes in from the porch - she likes to spend a few hours on the porch on not-hot days, so is leery of being approached out there, because she wants to decide herself when she'll come in! And I have been known to be really mean, and go out and pick her up to make her come in when we need to go somewhere, so I am immediately suspect. So her personality is at least not affected by the tumor ...Quote:
