http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...mileyresty.JPG Fritz with a smile on his face resting on the front step this morning.he slept with Mom again,was with her when I got up,had some cereal from me.Fritz then went outside on the front lawn tied,wandered around,got into the flowerbed,then he was laying on the grass,the lady who owns Gracie,the Bichon was walking their little Poodle by,wanted if Fritz was tied up,I yes..Fritz was out there while I watered plants,went in just before I was done and had a blitz around the livingroom,throwing his Monkey in the air and he ended up sitting in the window.I am babysitting Fritz.Mom is going with the Aunties to visit friends at their park they used to camp at and have lunch with them.A little cooler today 79,no rain,humid again by Sunday,no rain in the immediate future.Forgot to mention it but it was 5 years ago yesterday that Mom,Dad and the Aunties went to Wiarton,Ontario and picked up Fritz.

HAPPY GOTCHA DAY FRITZIE!!!! What a happy day it was when you came home wasn't it cutie? You're still as adorable as ever sweetheart.

Fritz is ever so handsome (as always) and I love the flowers in the background. I have also admired the circular path up to your house many times in pictures and I don't think I have told you that before. What a pretty photo! ;)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../grassynap.JPG Fritz late this afternoon laying under the Maple Tree.Mom had a good time,met a couple,the husband has had ALS for 10 years and is getting fitted for a Wheelchair.Mom saw the old trailer,looks realy good for a 1985 model.Fritz was pretty good,stayed either in the window or Mom's bed unless it was lunch or supper.Ate all his supper,put a little Spaghetti in it.fter doing dishes,he was sitting on the couch with his rabbit wanting a play ,so i had a play.Around 5,went out and wandered,layed on the grass and then ended on the step.The Aunties sent him home some treats,has had some,also some new dog foor Cesar for small dogs.He is now under the couch until bedtime.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...wanderdog1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../restydog1.JPG Fritz this morning wandering around the front lawn and just beeing plain lazy.He went to bed with me last night,the phone rang at 25 to10,Larry called by mistake,then there were kids two houses up hooting and hollering keeping me awake and Fritz too,he got down off my bed and wandered around around,did come back and went to Mom eventually.he had a bathroom accident in the livingroom,probably did that last night.he had cereal and toast with ,got up on the couch looking at me for the ceral and holding his one paw up on the carpet for toast,then up on the couch again for it,he is barking at something now,nothing there.Mom has gone grocery shopping,a little later we are going to a farmer's market at the Oshawa Shopping Center,then going to Chapter's Book store to get some more Harry Potter books.

We can see you're out there guarding the yard there Fritz!! What a great watchdog you are buddy!! Have a great weekend cutie pie :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../coffeenap.JPG Fritz had a tough day doing guard duty,so he is having a snooze on the coffee table tonight.He is now under the couch.There is a birthday party going on next door,it is outside,hope it doesn't get too noisy,Fritz may have to sleep in his cage.He ate some of his new dog food Cesars,had some of our salad,then a little more of his food.This is day,sleeping and eating.Probably will sleep with Mom unless it gets noisy.

Phew! What a busy day, Fritz. We've been guarding the porch all day and trying to control the lizard population out there. ;) Great pic of you cutie :)

After this,he look at mom growling and wagging his tail and did the same at me.We asked him if he needed to go out or to bed,then he heads to the cellar door and sits,that's where I put the treats the Aunties gave him,so gave him a couple.Aftrer this escapade,he sat in the chair begging,wanted upstairs,so up he went ansd he started barking,he wanted the drapes open ,I did that and he got in,probably there now.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...42/cozybed.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../stepdoggy.JPG Fritz in my bed this morning and on the front step after having a stroll around the front yard.I had just watered the plants.Last night Fritz went up with Mom,then he came back down and got under the little couch and started growling at me.i asked him what he wanted,thought he wanted me to go to bed so I turned off the computer.Instead,he goes to the cellar door and wants treats,told him he had enough,then he went upstairs.Mom told me to get him some of his new fgood,he aste that up,then slept with Mom..At some point he came to bed with me and around 20 after 2,he started whining,told hom to be quiet and go to sleep,he did.About 2 hours later,he heard something outside,started barking and after that was in the kitchen,he wanted a drink,so Mom got him a drink,that was what he whining about earlier.He was quiet after that,either sleeping on hte ohter side of the bed or right tight to me.This morning,we had toast,bacon and eggs,didn't want toast,had a little bacon and eggs,went outside for a stroll and is now laying in the front window.

Ahhhhh!! What a life you have Fritz!! You live like a little aristocrat ;) Have a great day everybody!! :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/gazeydog.JPG Fritz gazing out from the front step this morning.As you can tell by the wet spots,we had a little rain yesterday,quarter of an inch,helps a little ,though we need much more,it has been a dry summer here.Fritz went to bed with Mom and around midnight woke her up wanting a drink of water.Sometime later he got up on my bed and slept at my feet,never heard him get up.At 20 after 5,he went to Mom wanted Mom to get up,Mom didn't so he stayed there.Crawled up with Mom as she read the paper,had my cereal,then went out on the front lawn wandering,came in and had a big run,ended up on Mom's chair.Fritz now under the dining room table,protecting a sock that Mom had dropped,my sock.

Oh Fritz there you are again outside among the pretty flowers with your handsome self right in the midst. What a pretty sight you must make to passersby. Barry, your lawn is so nice and green. Mine is pretty much burnt out now from lack of rain. :( Fritz, you give that sock back to Barry. :) He doesn't need holes in his socks. :) My Bella used to love to steal socks too. Now the only thing that she really still steals is tissues. :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../guardyboy.JPG Fritz on guard this morning on the front step.Fritz started off sleeping with Mom,just before this ate his supper and then he kept Mom awake scratching and licking.Around Midnight,he needed a drink,mom had a hard time going back to sleep.After the drink,he was going to lift his leg and that's when Mom took him to his cage.This may be where he ends up staying.Had his morning wander outside,not sure if he had the cereal or toast,now in Mom's chair curled up.Right now a little cool outside 60 fahrenheit,going up to 75-82 depending on who you listen to,maybe a few showers by Thursday,nothing significant.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...rassyfella.JPG Fritz this afternoon after supper,laying in the grass.had a little Hot Dog from me,doesn't get any supper from us,had a little of his.Another time he was out this afternoon,he got the leash wrapped around one of the Dwarf Spruces,mom was not happy,brought him back in ther house.After supper,had a play with his duck and rabbit.tonight,we had tarts as a snack,Mom brought him some treats down for him,will get very little of our food from now on.Just been sitting out on the back step and after he came in,grabbed the t.v remote and went under the couch with it.I got it back by diving him a bone squeaky.Fritz is now on the back of the chair next to me.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../wanderboy.JPG Fritz wandering around outside this morning.Fritz went to bed with Mom fine,then at 5 this morning woke rher,Mom thought he wanted out,he didn't so Mom put him in his bed.He has been out the back and front doors today,ate some grass,was sick out at the back and in the house,Mom not to happy with that.When we go out now,we will have to put a gate up at the bottom of the stairs,he comes down here and pees against the couch.He has been down here trying to hide a bone squeaky,then goes under the couch to snooze.He sees me outsude watering plants and pulling weeds that he just has to be out there too.

I just love seeing Fritz outside! He looks like he's having a great time!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/lawnyguy.JPG Fritz this morning wandering and eating grass.After supper and later all he did was sleep,Mom thought he wasn't feeling his best.Every year at this time,he develops some allergy that causes causes him to itch so he has to scratch it.I went with Mom to the vets yesterday to get some pills called Vanectyl-P.Has to take them twice a day and then once until done,30 pills in the bottle.Yesterday ,Mom gave him one,thought he had swallowed it,apparently he held it in his mouth and spit it out later.Finally got one into him last night.He slept quiet all night,i had a great sleep, to 25 to 7,Mom and Fritz already up,Mom reading the paper.Fritz was hungry today,hardly ate yesterday,had my toast and cereal and Mom's,Mom said she was not going to give him a bit of our food ,she slipped,guess I did too.he has got out of the window and gone to the bedroom and sleeping on the side Dad used to sleep on.

Take it easy with that people food Fritz. You don't want to be sick :( We don't like to hear that our little man has been sick. We really have to watch what we eat too. We'll get sick with too much people food :(

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...stepsitter.JPG Fritz sitting out on the steps on a cool morning,54 fahrenheit when I got up.Slept quiet with Mom,the pills make him sleepy.He waited patiently until I finished my pancakes and he got to lick the plate clean.He went outside and wandered,tried getting in the flowerbed,Mom brought him in.he came out the back when he saw me watering plants.He tried getting out the gate to the backyard,glad he was on his leash.What a time we had trying to get a pill into him,he squirms and growls,it was an effort getting it into him,got it finally.Right now,he laying in the doorway to the kitchen as you go in,watching out the back door,Mom making Peach Jam.

Can we come up there and enjoy that cool weather??? Please?? Sounds great. It's still sweltering hot down here. Fritz, you look so cute. Take your pills like a good boy. Barry, maybe you could try wrapping the pill in a little piece of cheese or lunchmeat. My girls usually go for that. Good luck. Have a great weekend!! :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...guarddoggy.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../strolldog.JPG Fritz this morning on guard duty on the step and having a stroll.Followed Mom to bed last night,no noise out of him.We went out to dinner,I had a Clubhouse sandwich and Fries,dessert was a Ice Cream Sundae with Blueberries.Mom had Loaded Potato Soup,tha had bacon thrown in and a Tuna melt sandwich,had a Banana Split for dessert.Brought Fritz home some chicken and bacon from my sandwich.Still having trouble getting pills into him.Today,tried getting it into some of his treats,still spit some out.I had pancakes again this morning,Fritz had a few bites,had a little toast from mom,was outside wandering,got in the flowerbed,had to shoo him out.he is now in the window upstairs.Fritz had a heck of a time trying to hide his Monkey, down here with in his mouth whining,all over every chair trying to hide it,gave up and left it.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/grassman.JPG Fritz out wandering around the front lawn again.Lawn doesn't look good from the lack of rain.The reflection in the picture is the lamp above the blue chair.Fritz had a play with his duck and monkey before supper,had a little of ours,had Pork Chops.Got the pills into him with relative ease today.He was sleeping in the doorway of the livingroom,somehow heard a dog being walked by and got into the window to investigate.During the 6 p.m. News,he got warm and i let him outside where he layed down on the back step..right now on the back of the chair.At the start of America's Funniest Home Videos,they were showing clips from last week and a dog heard a doorbell,it was going to it and it hit a sliding door,the dog barked,fritz heard and looked at the T.V.
