Liquid cooling is overkill for computers, the components are built to withstand a lot more heat than the average room temperature. My computer room often goes over 100 in the summer (no airconditioning here) and I have yet to have a heat related issue with any of the machines.

It looks like it would be a fun project to try sometime though! :)

The aquarium might do a great job keeping cat and dog hair out of the fans. :)
