Oh Fritz you are having another lazy day aren't you? I have to laugh that you keep Barry in line with a little growl now and then. :)

Barry I was puzzled for a minute when you mentioned that Fritz was going to bark at children going to school. For a minute I forgot that you didn't live in the US because today is a national holiday for us - Memorial Day - where we remember all of the veterans of the wars. We had fireworks nearby last night but tonight will probably be the main night for fireworks and displays. Fortunately my dogs don't mind at all (Ripley usually barks at the noise :rolleyes: ) but I thought of Fritz and knew he wouldn't enjoy being here tonight when it gets loud. :)

Fritz, I am wondering what happens when your Mom needs to un-cross her legs?! Are you okay with getting down? I also like very much the photo of you and your Mom sitting in the chair that has a blue blanket over it. Pictures of you always make me smile! I'm sorry to hear you had an upset stomach, though. I hope that doesn't happen again. Happy Birthday next week, cutie!

Oh Fritz, you look so cute when you're sleeping. I wonder what you dream about. :)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...sleeperboy.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/curlball.jpg Fritz sleeping im Mom's bedroom and then going to the end of the bed to curl up.Last night,he went up to bed with mom,he came back to the tyop of the stairs growling,I thought he wanted to go to bed with me,he followed me down.Didn't stay and he went to the window.Mom later found out he pooped in the bathroom,apparently that is what he wanted last night,I misunderstood him as to what he wanted.Both Mom and Fritz got birthday cards,both cards said they were coming for an overnight visit.He had his toast and cereal from me,didn't want me to feed him the toast,he ate it off the plate.Also had some of a bun with Jam and Peanut Butter that Mom was having.Last night,he was on the coffee table wanting water,so i go to the dish,instead of getting fresh water,i just brought the dish to him and he drank from it.

Fritz, I'm thinking you would make a great pillow - all soft & fluffy. :D

Fritz, I like the picture of you on the yellow blanket - I can see your tail really well. It sounds like you have happy days with your people, naps on your master's bed spread and some human food for a treat.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...cs/shoedog.jpg Fritz grabbed my running shoe and was protecting it under the dining room table.He ate all his supper up,so he had a little meat pie from both of us,plus a little cream filled douhgnuts .Mom was having a rest on the couch,Mom had put her slippers down,don't know how but he got from the back of the couch and took one and went under the table with it.tonight after he had his water,he went under ther big rec room couch,missed Mom go up to my sister's to take Larry a card and a pair of shorts,it is his birthday tomorrow ,he will be 58.Fritz is now up on the coffee table,waiting for mom possibly and more snacks.Tomorrow's supper might be Pancakes, have see on that one.

Barry I think you need to buy Fritz his own pair of shoes. :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../smileysit.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../fritzcard.JPG Fritz sitting up on Mom's leg this afternoon,big smile on his face.Mom was talking to Larry ,finding out where we were going for dinner.We went to The Keg Steakhouse.I had a piece of steak with a Baked Potato with little mushrooms,red peppers and green beans,had ceasar salad ,garlic bread and sour dough bread as a appetizer,Mom had Ribs,Marlene had about the same thing as me,only she had a Tomato with hers,Larry had Steak and Lobster.We shared a Cherry Cheesecake for dessert.A friend ot mom's left a card for her and this with two smiling Bichons,a birthday cake with 5 candles,one e for each year Fritz has been with us.He stayed up in the bedroom while we were gone,was at the back door waiting,mom forgot to bring him home something,gave a little piece of cooked meat.Marlene and Larry came in,mom wanted her see the flower Mom's sister gave her and this card.Fritz had been in the window,got barking,gave him a piece of meat,he came running downstairs and then back to the gate,he needed out,now have to go to bring him in.Have had a little rain,no Thunder yet.Fritz goes to the vet on Wednesday for his Heartworm needle,he may be tired after that

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...bigstretch.JPG ritz with a big stretch on the bed this morning.He flooweed us up when we went to be,went to the window,at some point came to my bedroom and after midnight,i heard him shake himself and he went to mom.Mom got around 2:30 to go the bathroom,Fritz was sleeping at the front of the bed on top of the covers.he went to the windowe when he got up,I got my cereal,he com eover and layed down in front of the couch,then got up beside,giving alow growl,he was hungry,I then gave him some and some toast.He is now in Mom's chair laying down.Wet day today,wont' get much done.Mom got a hose attachment,gives off a big spray,waters the flower beds better than the watering can.Put soem fertlizer on it called Miracle gro Shake n feed.i tcomes in a green plastic bottle,you shake it and the fertilizer comes out,should help the flowers which are growing very nicely due to all the watering,today's rain should help a lot.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...42/warmdog.JPG Fritz in the warm sunshine of the window, panting,reflection panting back at him.He ate all his supper,had a little of mine which was Kentucky Fried Chicken as Mom was going with her church group for dinner.I gave him a few pieces of French Fry,I threw it up in the air ,he caught it,did about 4 times without dropping one.Doesn't like anyone who shouldn't ,barks like did at two men talking on the street.Sometimes,he thinks he hears something,I go up,nothing is there.Right now, is on top of the chair next to me as i type this,looking and waiting for Mom to come,is still panting.mom bought some Solar Lights and put two in each of the front flower beds,one is in the picture,will get a picture from the outside soon.The sun shone enough so they should light up as soon as it is dark.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...quietnapsy.JPG Fritz having a rest under the table after coming back from the vets.While waiting ,he met another Bichon.Fritz wasn't interested,he was having a rest.Got his needles,a Canine booster shot,Rabies shot, and 1 Proheart 6 injectable.He was a good boy,no sound from him.Weight 19 pounds which is right for him didn't gain or lose anything.Ate his supper.cleaned up my plate and Chili,had a little garlic bread,licked off my plate of birthday cake.Since supper has been the window cooking himself,outside,under the little couch,just came out ,mom just got a snack.

Fritz, I'm glad your injections are over with! You look very content sitting next to mom on the armchair while she reads the newspaper. You are one adorable fellow.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../sleeptime.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/coolynap.JPG Fritz sleeping on the bed late this morning and laying in the middle of the kitchen floor late this afternoon.Fritz came right into the kitchen until I made my sandwich and followed me to the living room where he waved his paws and barked fo some of the sandwich.Fritz ate all his supper,had some garlic bread from mom,then me and cleaned off my plate of Chili.He then had some Cake and Ice Cream from us.After supper,had a play with Monkey with me.That was shortlived,he then headed downstairs,crawled under the couch and brought his Duck Squeaky upstairs and we played with that until he got tired out.He got to lick the Vanilla part of each of Hagen-Daz ice cream bars.Fritz was on the coffee table wagging his tail,wanted water,took him the dish,he had some ,went out and had a little bit of crackers from mom an dis no wunder the couch.

Thank goodness you got that old vet visit over with Buddy!! I bet you wanted to rest after you came home for sure. What a good little boy and so cute on top of that. Kisses to you for being a good boy Fritzie!! Great pics of you :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/cozybuds.JPGFritz flipped over on Mom's bed this morning.He went to bed when we did around 10 last night.Fritz first slept in the window and sometime later casme and slept on the floor next to my bed.Around Midnight,he heard a couple of teenagers hootng asnd hollering,that got him barking,he eventually settled down and he ended up sleeping at the end of mom's bed.had cereal after he went to the window,was with Mom in her lap as she was talking to my sister.Now in Mom's chair by the TV.The footings are in for the Dad's headstone,we were hoping it could be done by June 17 Father's Day,see what happens.A friend of moms' who Husband may have what dad had is going to see the Doctor Dad saw about it today,he has had trouble lifting his feet.Let you know about it.Possible Thunderstorms later and warm so Fritz may need a pill,Taffy won't like this either,she will hide in their bsasement.
