I was the same today. I went to the gym - in the midst of a migraine. I thought it was going away but I think I made it worse. I've had it all week so I think I am just weaker than usual. I could barely bench press the bar! :eek: I'm such a weenie today, LOL! Then I only got in 15 minutes of cardio because I just felt so horrible . . . finally gave it up and came home.Quote:
