I've been waiting for the right time to do a swap, and now that I have a job I think I'll talk it over with my mom and see if she'll call Karen. If so, then I will be participating.

i really want to get in, but my dogs dont like wearing "clothing" they have enough with collars, so maybe could i trade my swapper for other stuff or would that be much of a problem?? if not i understand and i´ll wait for future swaps...........great idea Kay on making this swap :D

I told Kay also that it sounds like a great swap, but Miss Hoppy despises anything that touches her chin (like a bandana might) or her tummy (if we tied it that way) or ruffles her fur in any way, shape or form. So we're gonna wait for some other swap!

There will be another Gift Swap - either late this year or early next year. I'm going to talk to Amy about doing another one before Christmas - we try to do atleast 2 a year. This one is mainly for Bandanas, though.

My mom's thinking it over. I have showed her the rules and how safe it is.

That's how my parents are they married at age 17 had there first kid at age 18 and now they are still happily married at age 51 married for 32 years.

I'm not going to even bother asking my mom. Last time I did a gift swap(not here) I ended up not recieving anything and that made my mom really mad. I know she won't ever let me do another. :(

I'm going to talk to my parents about joining. I really enjoyed the last swap, but I have a question. Will these rules - about calling if you're under 18 - apply to any swap from this point ahead?

I got to thinking if your pups don't wear bandanas what about wraps?
I sometimes make them for Keegan - you make them slightly longer then their collar and make it wide enough to fit the collar. They are easy to make - you just fold it over sew it up one side and slip the collar thru it.
Just specify that you want a wrap instead of a collar - I'd be happy to make them instead of collars - :) Just a thought
