I can't either, I think that only pure white/grey/skewbald/piebald horses can have wall eyes.

That horse is actually a dark chocolate brown Rocky Moutain Horse, but it can pass because trying to find an actual black horse with a white mane and tail is almost impossible hehe. I someday WILL own a Rocky Moutain horse, they are gaited and very sturdy in the mountains.
