Thanks to you all for a most delightful Christmas wish. Mine for you has with a heaping helping of Good Health thrown in with joy, peace, and a bit of merriment. God bless you one and all.

Merry Christmas, my friends!
I feel like I've been negligent the last few weeks between losing Murphy and our ice storm, then a week of "fun" and work, home alone, with my hubby. He and I had just finished a late Christmas Eve dinner, after going to a 6 pm Christmas Eve service and had sat down in front of the fireplace with dogs everywhere around us and cats, too, when our next door neighbor came to the door. He had cut his hand pretty severely while washing a glass and Scott has taken him to the emergency room to get stitches, at least leaving me with the opportunity to come in and visit for a little while.
Our children will be home tomorrow afternoon, late, and we will leave on Monday for a 4 day trip to Tennessee. We have at least gotten to see Scott's children on two occasions this week. I miss Helen. And I miss my parents and hate that we will not see them tomorrow.
Please enjoy your holiday, whatever you are doing, and know that you are loved and cared for by your friends in SC! Thank you all so much for your love and support.
