What wonderful news! Congratulations! :D
Thank you again everyone. Since the move back in August, it has seemed as if everything was against us. I'm still not really happy about where I'm at--I love my advisors and the research but my co-workers are still difficult. It took Jason (hubby) three months to even find temporary employment and we have been having to pay for his own private insurance, which is expensive and doesn't cover much. We needed it in case he had a major accident.
We have been together since I was 18 and he was 17. He has followed me to Arizona for my undergrad (where he went for his associates), to Alabama for my master's (where he got his bachelor's) and now North Carolina. It has felt as if we have done everything for me and he has been unable to establish himself anywhere because by the time he starts to make contacts, we move.
I'm just so grateful that finally something nice has happened for him. He is such a wonderful, caring person that he deserves this. The company he is going to work for will pay for him to get his MBA and pay for his training for two months in New York. He leaves January 7th :( but it is well worth it.
Thank you again PT! I am so grateful for the prayers.
