I had a CD with the most beautiful versions of O Holy Night and the Carol of the Bells...they're my favorites. I like traditional, choir performed carols. And, for funny ones, I like the Chipmunks, All I want For Christmas. :)

My favorite christmas carol is Oh Holy Night because I sing tenor in the choir and I can reach that one high note! My other favorite carol is Silent Night when our choir sings it in German.
I love the German version!Quote:

Gloria in Exelcis Deo!! We used to sing this in French with our church choir: "Les anges de nos montagnes....."
So now this Christmas, by John Lennon: gets me the LES everytime!!
My favorite Christmas carol is O Holy Night!
I love most Christmas songs. I can't think of any traditional Christmas carols that I don't like. I absolutely LOVE anything preformed by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra!!!
I love them all Because I'm in our church choir!
But my favorites are (in no order) "Hark! The Herold Angel Sing", "Away in a Manger", "Joy to the World" and Also "Silent Night"

The John Lennon christmas song is my absolute favorite. My favorite one to play however is Good King Wenceslas (spelling).
"I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Clause" , "The Little Drummer Boy" , "Do you hear what I hear?", "The First Noel" , "Rudoplh the Red nosed Reindeer" (:o) , "Silver & Gold", "The Twelve Days of Christmas" , "Winter Wonderland"
:D
So many, but I'll be Home for Christmas is the one I usually find myself singing the most during the holidays.
Humor wise, I absolutely love Merry Christmas from the Family by the Dixie Chicks.

Carol of the Bells. ♥♥♥ We sang it for our winter choir concert my senior year in HS and it was so amazing. It's not an easy song to sing, either. You have to enunciate VERY well and when you have 60 students singing together that can be quite hard. But we sounded SO AMAZING. :)
Oh goodness, I forgot about Carol of The Bells. That is definitely very high on my list of favorite Christmas carols.
I love them all. All year long. From the Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack to Stille Nacht (Silent Night), to Feliz Navidad, to Il Est Né le divin Enfant, to In the Deep Midwinter, to - oh, all of them! Even the 12 Days After Christmas!
Trans Siberian Orchestra's arrangement of Pachelbel's Canon is awesome.
My favorite carol is O Holy Night.
