Yeah Charlie is getting more red on his cheeks and hind legs as he gets older. Then again Aussies tend to get darker as they age to begin with. But I had a kitten once who was born white, turned light grey with dark grey face/ears/legs (like a siamese) and then turned pitch black. :D

No, Charlie is the blue merle. Jamie is the red merle.

It's neat to see how people's dogs change. Adele's colors didn't change at all, but Marta is less black then when she was a puppy, especially her face:

Well kind of. Both blue and red merles can come with copper markings on their faces and legs, kind of like "trim" :)Quote:

Nanook used to be more white when he was younger. He has turned more yellowish-light tanish as he aged.
Kaige has already become a lot darker than he was, but as Jessika mentioned it is common for Aussies to get darker as they age.
