I try to exercise at least three times a week, mostly with free weights. I do stretches, calisthenics, weights and yoga stretches. I wish I walked more and am trying to increase that activity as most days I sit at a desk all day. My motto: move it or lose it.

i jog 3 times a week, train for squash twice a week, train for badminton once a week, and play squash and badminton in competition once a week....oh and i might play soccer at school a few times a week

Most of my routine is lifting . . . 5 days a week. I also jog, walk, or use the various cardio machines at the YMCA at least 4 days a week. :D

Lifting. I lift the chip/pretzel/Dorito from the bag to my mouth. :D

Only on gym classes at school..... Sometimes I go swimming on summer, but I'm not a very sporty person...

I play rugby. We have practice twice a week for two hours. We do a lot of running and fitness training and sometimes we have games on the weekends.
