Sounds like you have the advice taken care of .. I just want to say what CUTIE PIE he is!!! :D
OMG...what a gorgeous boy you have there. I do hope that you will share more pictures of him. I have a husky also and she is quite the cry baby. She can be very vocal when she doesn't like something and she will also drop flat on the floor and become dead weight. She does not want to be picked up in any way. If I reach out to grab her collar I can see her shrink away but she is much better now. She hates bath time and the first few baths that she had she screamed and cried so loudly that my husband and I thought for sure the police would be knocking on our door...lol. You have got some good advice from the others. Just hang in there and be patient. ;)
We actually had that happen! When Muskwa was a puppy, he got in trouble, as puppies will do and got put in the back yard while we cleaned up the mess he made inside. He put on such a performance out there that someone did call Animal Control. (This was when we lived down south in a big city). Fortunately, the officer who came to our door knew a little about huskies and could tell Muskwa was not being abused in any way!Quote:

LOL! When Star was a puppy, she would howl and cry whenever we were gone from the house, my neighbor said she'd never heard a dog carry on like that or make those kinds of sounds! Neither of mine like being pulled by the collar, but they don't yelp, they just resist and back up. Star does react if you grab her tail, she HATES having her tail touched! Indeed, they can really put on a show if they decide they're not getting enough attention.
Your puppy is sure a handsome little guy! please keep posting pictures- :D
OMG..so does Tori! Tori can get very vocal if you touch or grab her tail. I always wonder what that is all about. I can't forget about when I have to wipe her paws if she is muddy or wet before she comes in the house. She can freak out about that too.Quote:
