The HB then slid the paper, back across the desk AT her.
The HB was BRUTAL to her. We now have to report weekly, instead of Biweekly.
Why? Because she took it upon herself to revamp the reports and calculate the values down to the minute...
I have modified my report to reflect the information you
need. The report numbers are sum by day, pay period and month. This format
shows more accurate OR hours and minutes. In previous format reports the
hours are converted to a number then converted back to hours, some minutes
are lost in the conversion for the cases and these value adds up at the end
of the month.
The reports she 'modified' have been in use for 17 years....and are used at 12
facilities in the state. Needless to say, that didn't last long.
I have noticed that in the recent emails being circulated, people have started to work 'around' her...
Some people were made for some jobs. This job ain't for her.
*I have a boss, big boss and huge boss and super huge boss, no reflection on them, it's the position they hold.
I would be livid  She was probably trying to make herself look good. Guess she got a huge surprise. I'm glad he roasted her butt. However, as usual, it's the peons that get the brunt of it. Sorry you'll be having more meetings. Why in the world is she a supervisor? It really chaps my hide to hear of people like this making a big salary(probably has a take home car) and can't even do a half as*ed job of it. I'm sure it made your day.
does this mean she won't be getting a bosses' day card from you? :p  and when she gets canned, SHE CANNOT MOVE TO OHIO. we already got bosses like that in my hospital
Oh well, there goes the work exchange program. :DQuote:

Richard remember that boss spelled backwards is double sob. :D
Update?
We have had two "meetings" with the big boss-
I am starting to feel badly for this gal.
To be THAT computer saavy and not have any common sense is really scary.

I wait until she leaves in the afternoon so I am assured she is out of the parking structure when I leave.
Happy dance!!!
The sys admin's boss has left!!!!! lolololol
Now I hope someone with Half-a-Brain will take over that position.....I have not seen the SA for two weeks....she has holed up in her office....no phone calls or e-mail from her for the last two weeks!!! :D :D :D
YeeHaaaaaaaaaaa
Thank heavens!!!
Can I apply for the job??? ;)
Oh my richard and Slick in the same building . Chaos central. :) :D

My boss, who thinks the Sys Admin is a geek, has applied to become her boss!
