Oh lizbud!!!! I am starting to cry!!! :(
I feel your pain and despair!!! I have lost my Dear Foxy Jean, and when December 22nd revisits me, I know I will feel that loss all over again!!!! :(
It has been 3 years since I had to let go of my Katie Lynn!! ( had to have her put to sleep in February of 2003!!!) Oh, I can't even type!!!
December 22nd ,2006 will be another hard day for me!!!!! I feel your loss completely right now!!! Pet talk gave me a voice at last!!!

This part sent me immediately into crying my eyes out....Halloween morning at 11:00am was the last time I held my Shiloh...looked into her eyes.....and let her go........................It still hurts.Quote:

What a Beautiful Tribute of your dear Buddy,It is so sad to say good-bye but now you can celabrate his life that is one of the few things left after they leave us,He knows he was loved Dearly and he carries that daily.Here is to Buddy!

Beautiful tributes, Liz. I'm so glad you posted those two poems, they express our losses so well. Buddy's looking down at you, sending you licks & tail wags from heaven.
Liz, the poems were just beautiful and the second one especially spoke to me. How beautifully written. I fantasize a little sometimes that it would be nice if all of our PT furbabies who have gone on, have met up with each other. Just in the six years that I have been here there have been quite a few to join that group. :( ((((hugs))))
