Charlie is right on the limit, he may even be one inch over because he cannot be registered. He is like not even an inch to big but... I think he is 36". I'm getting a palomino and white Paint Mini named Stuart Little that is only 29" tall, pics of him as soon as I get him.

Charlie is a CUTIE :D his eyes are amazing, I can't believe they're so blue on a mostly colored horse!! They had a mini named Winnie at the barn I used to help at, she was bucksin paint and had one blue eye. . omg they are so sweet and hilarious! I LOVE watching them run around and play, its hilarious ^_^
