My friend died this morning...

Wow! I have tears in my eyes and my heart is breaking. I am taking this especially hard after what happened to Brandon last month. By all rights he should have died but for some reason or purpose, he didn't and is on the road to recovery.

My heart goes out to you and the families and just know that my heart and thoughts will be with you today. I am SO sorry! May God be with you today and give you strength.

"A speeding Ford Focus, driven by 16-year-old Julian DeLaTorre of Pembroke Pines, smashed into the back of the abandoned Lexus on the Commercial Boulevard bridge, Santangelo said. The Focus caromed off the Lexus, flipping several times as it rolled down a hill. Nicholas A. Henry, 16, and Shawn Davis, 15, were ejected.

Henry and Davis died at the scene. DeLaTorre was rushed to Broward General Medical Center in critical condition."
