i voted sometimes, but foxy doesn't really bite. when we at playing he will go for my hands but as soon as they are in his mouth he just lets go. he doesn't put any presure or anything
None of them every have and hopefully never will:)
I didn't vote because I have different answers depending on which pet we are talking about.
Out of the dogs Buster is the only one will get a little nippy if he is jealous, but he has never really bitten.
Sometimes my kitties give little love bites, mostly Jimmy.
The chinchillas have never attempted to bite, nor has my bunny or mouse. Wyatt has bitten me once.
I was bitten by Flick, our rat snake once, totally my fault. Justin was bitten by Angel our red tail boa once, also his fault.
Out of the birds Oscar, Casper, and Charmin have never bitten. Baby has mood swings and is usually really good, but has bitten me once or twice and has attempted a few times. Romi, the lovebird, is a bad biter. Skye, Doodle, and Max are sometimes bitters too.
Tito has bit me two times. :( Once when he was getting too friendly with my bunny, so I took him by the scruff of the neck to put him in another room, and he turned around nipped me. And the other time is when I was trying to clip his nails (which he hates, he has a weird thing with people touching his paws). Now the only person how clips his nails is the vet, and only when he is muzzled. :( Bella and Bo would never even think of biting mommy. And Oliver the cat bites when playing.
Blair bites strangers who walk in my house like they own the place, or act aggressive with him, basicly he acts accordingly, if you are nice and gental to him he will behave the same way to you, and if you act agrressive with him he will get aggressive back at you lol
Kirby does not like my mom and will bite her if hes in a bad mood. he bit her finger once and she ended up with a bruised fingernail for quite sometime. so she doesnt pet him or have anything to with him anymore...
hes also snippy with strangers. espeically the 'white coats' LOL
never...except a few accidental bites...that counts? :D
my ark don't know how to! I guess they trust me so much.. ;)
Thankfully neither of my dogs do! I think Duke did when he was a puppy though:rolleyes: Max has never bit. He only nibbles on my toes every once in a while:p;). Hobo just bites when he is playing or when he's mad.;)
Micki has bitten people, a few times actually, nobody in our family but one person jumped the fence into our yard....very smart with 5 dogs  and Micki bit him right in the butt, he only left a little scratch. Another time a kid came and left his bike in our driveway and came back when it was dark, Micki went after him and tore his pants but didn't get any skin. I think that there were a few other minor incidents, always with stupid people who decide that they need to go in our yard. But mostly Micki loves to lick people's faces and bite at their ears, oh if your wearing earrings he will get them off!
We had a rescue Aussie in October and we had to give him back to the rescue after one month. He was actually a really smart good dog but had some mental issues. He constantly would bite my dad in the face, he bit my cousin in the arm and my dad's friend was in our yard, the dog was great with him but he turned to leave and got bit in the arm! He also tried to eat our cats :(
zoey does when she plays, t.j. has never bite evebn when playing, our ducks do like 24/7 and our cat's do to because they have additude problems
No, none of my cats does that. I wouldn't tolerate it either. My daughter's boyfriend has a kitten that bites all the time; his parents don't do anything about it; they think it is "cute" . I advized them to say "NO!!"every time it bites, and that they will be sorry they tolerated the biting once the cat is older!
Our bunny Billie is a biter! The only one she never bites, is my daughter Indra. I am even afraid to go in her outdoor run, as she tries to bite in our legs too  . Silly Billie :D
i voted yes..because Daisy bites but only when she is really happy to see us or when we are playing...she is only three months old so surely we can teach her to stop....but right now it is cute!!!
Nope! Not at all.
Absolutely not...none of my animals bite or will be tolerated if they bite. I better be able to saw off their legs with not so much as a growl. The only time one of my dogs so much as growled at me, Boomer was chewing on a bone , and I approached him. I chased him down, got after him and made a huge fuss, he never finished that bone and never growled at me again. I can clip all my dogs nails, bathe them, do anything, they will not bite. The last thing I need is to be afraid of my own animals. Now Sam, if a strange person is approaching him or in the house uninvited, he will go on protection alert. He ripped a guys pants because the guy just walked in the house, without us being there.
My horse bit me once...for reasons I don't know, I was standing by her stall and stuck her head out and got me. Territorial, maybe, but I still had enough wits to give her a nice smack before she got her head back over, she never threatens otherwise, and dosen't kick. When I moved her to a new barn I picked the stall that dosen't have a place to hang her head.
Biting is not tolerated for any of my animals unless absolutely warranted.
