I agree with bckrazy--BCs are QUITE the job and a big handful, and aren't just cute little doggies. They need lots of attention constantly, and always need to be busy or on the job. They are very rewarding though!!;)

bckrazy, Ditto what you said. Borders are wonderful dogs but they need so much work, but if you are willing to give the dog a job to do then that is great.

Blaze is absolutely gorgeous, and what a nice big yard he has to run and play in. Shhh, don't tell my sheltie Missy ... she'll really be jealous!!! That last picture of you and Blaze is absolutely gorgeous! You should have it framed!:)

He really is spectacular-looking, along with being talented and obviously much loved! Are there other dogs nearby? I see lots of yard space with fences, just wondering if you get "company" (pups on the other side of the fence that wish they could join the fun!).

Yup, we have some neighboring dogs, and Blaze's buddy is the next door neighbor's BC--yup, another one! named Mickey! Here's a couple pics I posted a couple weeks ago of them through the fence, and another of Mickey too!;) Blaze's other best friend is Bandit, a black lab that lives a little ways away, but they LOVE playing together. Blaze also likes playing with Sam--yet another Border collie down the street, lol!:D:D:D I don't have any pics of those two however.......:)Quote:
