Depends on the day. I 'usually' get 5-6 hours of sleep on the weekdays, and 7-8 on weekends, but it varies. Sometimes I get as little as 4 hours of sleep (and can't function all day after that), and sometimes, I'll sleep as long as 9-10 hours when I'm exhausted. I really need to fix my sleeping habits though. Not a good thing to sleep so late. I don't feel good when I get less than 6 hours of sleep...and sometimes, even that is too little. :p
7-9 hours...except Sat. probably when I sleep in 'til 8:30.:p:)
i get no less than 9 hours of sleep:p On weekends i'll get about 12-13 hours of sleep...lol!:rolleyes: :D
Pre-Jonah, I would have told you I NEEDED 10 hours asleep EVERY night. Those were the days...
Now? I get 3 or 4 on the 'front side', and then 3-4 on the 'back side'. There is about a 30-40 minute wake up between the two. What I wouldn't give for 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep!
I know 8 hours is just around the bend!

I get around 7-8 hours of sleep during the week and it varies on weekends.
