June 5, 2004 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (was supposed to be St. Peter's Catholic Church, but it burnt down June 3, 2004)
I don't have any formals uploaded anywhere yet so these are from various guests.

The "Mature" Bride
May 30, 1998 - wearing my mother's gown and veil. Edwina is wearing her own hat....

Sara, I didn't know that was your mother's gown and veil! That is soooo cool! And I love the picture. Edwina doesn't look really thrilled about being maid of honor though. ;)
No wedding pics for me. I could dig out a really really really old engagement picture....but....naahhh... Not even any formal pics of Terry and I together.
However, even if I did want to wear my mother's wedding dress, I couldn't. Seems she saved it for awhile. First my brother was born and she hung onto it. Then, along came me, and I had some sort of bacterial infection or something that required a few days stay in the hospital after I was born. Turns out she had to sell the wedding dress to pay for the extra hospital bills. :o ;)
Everybody's pictures are beautiful! For some reason there's something about weddings that make me want to cry. <sniff, sniff> :)

It is December 30, 1974:D
Here is the bride getting ready. She's in pre-med at college, she is a flower child ....... the necklace is made from beads and safety pins!

OK, the blushing bride is ready...

The wedding party - a bit unconventional - Jean is our "best man" - her choice of description. Besides our families and Jean - nobody else was there - again, an unconventional small wedding...

Lots of polyester here...

We look back and chuckle at the wedding but it has been a beautiful marriage - we recently celebrated 30 years.

We are now quite conventional:D The bride scrapped medical school - went back to become an RN and English teacher instead. Hubby went on the serve 27 years in the AirForce, now a retired LtCol and Jean is now an Theology professor at Notre Dame.
We went on to have three children - now grown, one granddaughter, Misha - and a grandson on the way.
Can't believe how we have changed:p Enjoy!

Did I kill the thread??:p How about more wedding pictures!!!
Have my tissues ready!! :D

All of these pictures are AMAZING!!!! Ramath, that pictures is TOO adorable;)
Debbie, yes, you sure have changed alot!! But you still look like the happy couple you did on your wedding day! I hope me and my hubby can say we are just as happy.
I was going to wear my mothers wedding dress, but it was too small for me, she weighed 90 pounds, I weigh 125
In a little while, I might post some of hers;) But if she finds out, I AM DEAD! lol
Waiting for more pics;)
ps- Miss Edwina is TOOOOOOO precious, lol.
I had a bulldog in my wedding, complete with tuxedo. I will have to download a picture of that;) he is my brother in law, Eddie. He makes the funnist sounds too;)

Now in order: my mother/my mother, my dad and Rick (My husbands father was my fathers best man, confusing huh?) , and lastly my mother and Moonyeen *maid of honor* And Moonyeen is My hubbys mother also. * i have known my husband my whole life, we were childhood buddies, and both his mother/my mother, his real father/my father have been best friends since they were 10. Ironic huh?
