With friends like that who needs drugs?

He was trying to protect his daughters, too. :o ;)
I was on the Hollywood Freeway....Ah, Hollywood Parking Lot, on my way to work this morning.
As usual, it was slow going......
With nothing much to do I started watching the traffic around me.
I had heard a study a while back that observed people while driving. It noted that people, when seeing a lane that moves
faster, will move into that lane, filling it up and effectively slowing it down.
A few cars ahead I saw one little blue car switching, back and forth, between the lanes that were moving..
Intrigued, I watched this car moving sideways, but never making any progress forward.
Being stubborn, I stayed in my lane and I finally pulled up on the side of the LBC and saw the reason for his plight...
The John Kerry for president bumpersticker on his rear window.

Sometimes I feel like I'm in the twilight zone!
. . . isn't the election over?
Let's move on people . . .

The election may be over but Bushisms will evidently go on as long as GWB keeps opening his mouth.:p

I really don't read anything political.
For some reason all the little footnotes and ibids distract me.
It's hard enough to think on my own.
-------------------------------------------
BTW.
I saw Tim Robbins on the Bill Maher show last night.
He claims the the US killed 'one hundred thousand people'
in Iraq due to aerial bombing.
On the Nat'l. Geo Channel I saw the "shock and awe" program and they claimed that there were innocent victims and that the
number killed due to bombs in the 'low hundreds'
I'll read you mind and say it for you...Any civilians and US/Brit/Aussie/Spanish and everyone else, troops that were killed were one too many, but when Maher asked TR about the genocide that Saddam put his people thru he couldn't answer.
I think that is the most frustrating thing about the "left".
Someone can't count and when the numbers conflict it's always US that are at fault...
And what about Ward Churchill???
That maggot makes me sick.
First, Ward Churchill is an American Indian wannabe and
a walking joke. His describing the 911 victims as
somehow deserving of their deaths is beyond the pale. Total
idiot.
I've never looked to any Actor as a political guru. Tim Robbins
is a good Actor, but that's about it.
Unfortunately....neither Ronald Reagan nor Arnie were good actors.... at least on the screen....Quote:
