I run Heidi with my bike for 3 miles, and she LOVES it. When she sees the bike coming out she gets all excited, jumping up and down, wagging her tail and prancing around. :pQuote:

I don't run her with a bike b/c I don't think she would like that. But with her obsession with tennis balls - we play fetch everyday at least 2 times a day sometimes 3 for at least 15-20 min at a time. Even before she lost much weight - just by doing that really 'trimmed' her up and she looked a lot better. My neighbors had thought she already lost a ton of weight b/c she had 'toned' up. :p
