I have an anger problem...sometimes I yell at people (if they really tick me off)...other wise I punch things, scream, rip things up, listen to music, lay with my bunnies and ratties, play with Sam, go for a walk with Tasha, etc

Oooh, that's a good question. I think personal satisfaction inspires me a lot, just knowing I did good (that is why I volunteer A LOT), knowing that I helped somebody and made them happy in some way shape or form. Lots of things inspire me.
