If you mean trimming the hair off of the hocks as the back of his legs, most groomers (that I'm aware of) do this. Also, at least where I work, *many* people request that the feathering on the back of the legs/hindquarters be trimmed. I don't trim anything but the feet and hocks unless asked, but I don't find it all that uncommon to have a groomer trim the back of the legs.
Really? My mom has used about 5 diffrent groomers (not including this one) while she has had Teddy (10 years) and none of them have ever asked to cut them off? Weird. All the places we go do trim them so they look neat, but don't cut them completly off like this women wanted to do.
