Your kitty should have complete bloodwork also along with
bowel check and like Jan said could have the start of
inflamatory bowel disease.This could look fine now but could slam back hard.Go to a different Vet if not satisfied with this one.

Glad to hear kitty is on the mend, it sounds just like some kind of tummy upset to me, lets face it humans and kittys can have these from time to time, and it may well have been the Tuna, however everyone has offered you good sound advice, and if Kitty should get sick again with the same symptons, then I would smartly get Kitty to the vet and have kitty checked out thoroughly.
