Basically.. I've been asking and asking for a while, then we went today and I handed my dad over her adoption fee. :p We stood there talking about it and thinking for about an hour and a half, all while she barked and lick/bit at our fingers through the cage

omg! Kiara is the most adorable puppy! she looks like she fits right in, and she's so lucky to have you and your family. ;P this one made me laugh soo hard...
