actually her breeders run the club lol the fast team AKA prairie storm is currently-cajun, punch, sweep, and surge, and the EH! team is-happy, Dyna, Rigs, and Ripley. BUT Happy is moving up to the Storm team soon, and bumping Cajun to Spare(only gets to run if a teammate is injured) because we have several new dogs about to start, and we ALWAYS start new dogs on the EH! team(the whole point of that team is for veterens and newbies) lol so soon enugh the storm team will be entirly siblings lol

oh they ADORE flyball! lol even retired dogs get to come out to flyball practice sometimes, and you would not believe how happy dogs are when they get to play flyball again lol look at the smile on Rigs face, you know he had a spinal injury shortly before this tourny, he was on pain killers but he wanted to run, that was his choice, I know Rigs if he did not want to run, he would not have run. that crash of happys was in the very first race, she bruised her leg pretty badly, she was limping a lot, but that sure as he77 was not gonna stop her from playin! lol cajun? he is blind in his right eye. :eek: bet ya never would have guessed any of that by lookin at them would ya!

You race the dogs even when injured, Ouch. Sometimes you just have to say no to them and make them rest. I made that decision with Clover at our last comp she had been sick but was feeling better but i pulled her anyway. I would rather sit out of one comp than risk my dogs health. JMO.
Those pics are great!! I would love to see flyball in person. Have only seen it on Animal Planet. Those dogs are so cute and from what I can tell, they really love doing it. The pics of them in the air are the best! Like miniature horses.
nope, the dogs that were injured are the kind of dogs that if they were in any pain they would not race period. they would just shut right down, plus their preformance would suffer, non of which happend. the judge also not allow that dog to race that is obviously injured. when happy crashed? she just went around and hit the box got the ball and broght it back, everyone rushed to look her over and the judge asked me to run her alone once to make sure she was alright, she limped and was a bit sore, but she was fine. Rigs had the vets permission to run him in the tourny, his owner was told that if he is obviously not in pain during the tourny its safe to run him. oddly enugh Rigs ran BETTER at this tourny then normal lol

yup happy is fast lol her best time is 3.8 seconds ;) I have been told that happy is VERY powerfull off the box for her size as well, taking the 15 feet from the box to the jump in a single stride!
wow.. 3.8 is amazing! her swimmers turn looks awesum too :D. how old is she now? my boy is definately still learning.. just a couple of fun matches for him so far
Happy only just started racing at the end of last season, she is turning 4 years in october :p she had some "issues" before lol several judges are VERY suprised to see Happy actually running, becaus ethey had seen the trouble we had with her before, so seeing her run and so darn well is a shocker! lol
