Pam, the image of that just made me chuckle, especially imagining my kitties doing something like that. Ok, I have to add a hairball story. My white cat, Marius had that famous cough/retching sound (very well put! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif )and I saw him doing that odd "pidgeon" head movement. I thought...Oh no! I grabbed the first thing I saw off the coffee table (I think it was a bill! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif )and held it under his face. He coughed up his hairball right on the piece of paper...what timing and no mess to clean. Although, my cat look seriously confused as if to say "where did it go?"
4 feline...the hammock story was the best. This site is always good for a smile. I can relate...to that in a way. Mine will actually jump up onto my lap (ouch!) every now and then. It's always fun when they slip and dig their nails right in... http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/eek.gif

You know you're a cat lover when you're munching on a piece of leftover turkey while sitting at the computer, so you simultaneously have four cats trying to get in your lap, on the keyboard, in your plate, and in your face, and you just absentmindedly occasionally raise the turkey over your head so they can't get at it and calmly keep typing through the furry bodies.

That's me with yogurt over my head!! These message boards are good for my peace of mind. It seems that everything that I do that I think is a little strange, someone else has done too! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif

After reading these posts, especially CAT RULES, I have come to the conclusion that my Hannah (the dog) is part cat!

We will probably be moving this summer. The consideration of finding a place that will accept our dog, fish, and our 3 cats, is FIRST on the list. Staying in the same school district for our son is second. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif

My ex-boyfriend (notice I said ex) once said I loved my cat more than my son. Of course, it's not true - I just understand that cats need a different kind of love. (I think he was just jealous - I did love the cat more than him!)

This is an old joke, told in many variations:
My girl friend thought I was spending more time with my cat, than I was with her. So, one day she gave me a ultimatum, “One of us has to go, either he goes or me”.
Gosh, I am going to miss her. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif
