I agree! We have even tried to get the board of health involved because of the amount of feces. They wouldn't deal with it. The sergeant we talked to said that Children and Youth Services wouldn't do anything because Pennsylvania law is based on Old English law which states that the family that is together should be kept together if at all possible.
It is almost as if every authority is just afraid to do anything about the situation in this trailer park. The police said that out of 30 trailers in there 29 of them probably are dealing in drugs. Ok. So that says to me they should be busting people right and left??? No...they just seem to want to ignore the problem and hope it goes away.
We drove by again this afternoon and Snowball looks even thinner. Ingrid is probably going out to take some more pics either tomorrow or the next day. At least the weather is getting warmer and that must feel better on his old bones. Not that is much of a positive but it is all I can grasp onto right now.

I've just read this thread from start to finish and it is breaking my heart. Thank you for being involved!! I think if somehow you were able to get the media to pick up this story it might help to enlist others along with you who could work to help change this situation. I know everyone should have the right to have a pet but my gosh what an environment to live in. My heart breaks for the children in this trailer park too. If there is drug dealing, etc. this is what they are being raised with and this is what they will know as they too become adults. :( :( Stay safe! This looks like a scary place to me.
