HELP!!!!!! ANYONE!!!!!!
CAPTION: Be thankful this picture doesn't have an audio track!
Pixel is like that, she HATES being held and will squirm and squirm and carry on until I put her down. However, if Daddy picks her up she just sits there, content as can be. Randi is lovely to hold, but even he will forget his Ragdoll roots and squirm or complain loudly.
OH GOD, NOT AIRBORNE AGAIN!!!!!!Quote:

She doesn't like to be picked up much anymore since she is getting older, she seems to prefer that her feet stay on the floor!

Does anyone have any ideas for a caption?
Does anyone else have a cat who doesn't like to be held?
Post some photos if you have them!:)
Speckles is 16 and absolutely HATES to be picked up or held in any way. It's really frustrating especially when she can't clean her backend good enough and I just want to take a washcloth to it.

Awww LOL she's so cute!
Misao absolutely despises being picked up and held. She'll squeak when you pick her up (she's normally completely silent) and then she'll push against you with her front paws completely extended. Usually those paws are pushing against your chin as if to say, "Whew, you've got some bad breath human." :D
She will come into your lap for an occasional cuddle but usually just prefers to sleep on the bed with us at night.
Aww, poor Samantha sweetie! Have to laugh though!:D
I think, as Sara wrote, she looks just like one of those sit-in protesters being carried off. :D
Ebby will let me pick her up and move her a short distance, from my bed to her room, or past the big bad doggie to the stairs, but to lift and cuddle, only for a few seconds. Until the other day, Wednesday, when we had a little breakthrough. She actually let me hold and stroke her for nearly a full minute, twice! It made me so happy, those little black paws on my shoulder and her face close to mine! :) Haven't tried since though, don't want to push my luck.:D
The indignity of it all!
Tabasco is like that when I pick him up. He's grown-up now, but I like to pretend to mother him and he gets all embarrassed in front of the other cats ... put me doowwwwwn! :)
I am still laughing over the Macy Day Balloon comment :D :D
My old guy, Kitty, does not like to be held at all. As soon as you pick him up he immediately meows plaintively, then stiffens up and tries to push away from you using his front feet. He has always been this way - since he was a stray, I always wondered if he had been mistreated in some way to make him hate it so much. He loves to be near me, but not held by me.
