umm i must find a pic of Fuzzy's dad :p
What a great idea Kim.:) There are no men in my life so the closest man who likes cats is my Dad. I only have a pic of him with two of the neighborhood cats. Will that do?
One of them passed away and my Dad is still sad about it. Sometimes he used to take a brush on his walks so he could brush Coco and Zeke. Here's the picture.

What a wonderful idea, Kim.:)
It just reminded me of an add in a paper (see below)...
the "men"..actually boys in my life are my Calvin & Hobbes. They are the most loyal of wittle men I've ever known. I must also admit that I've never been involved w/ anyone who doesn't like cats even thought they wouldn't admit it. Silly thing is that other than me they hide from anyone except my brother and boyfriend. So they clearly miss a male figure...LOL ;) :) But they are ole mama's boys.
PS to Richard...missing bits are a big plus for some women..LOL:eek:
Adorable Picture, KAK... will post it asap!!!:D
Kim this whole idea is better than you know!! I guess I had never really thought about it but since I have joined PT and met other cat loving people I don't feel so alone. Not to mention finally meeting other people that have more cats than I do!! My family, friends, and co-workers think I'm nuts. I can handle that because they have all had to take a very serious chewing from me about animal rescue. I pretty much get left alone these days because my good friends understand how passionate I am about the whole thing. I can take what they dish out because my love for my cats and ALL homeless animals means more to me than words from stupid people.
ANYWAY! My husband has probably not been able to feel the "I'm not alone" part before. He has always been able to blame me for our cat overload situation. I don't care because it has always been the easy way out for him with family and co-workers. And that has always been ok with me as long as I know better. He loves our cats and is as guilty or responsible for how many we have as I am.
Now on to the true purpose of this post...I showed my husband (Joe) your website last night. He got a real kick out of seeing some of our cats on your bag and box kitty pages. Then I told him about the perfect man page and showed him the proud cat dads that had already been posted. I saw this big grin come across his face. I told him that I was sending his picture in and he just smiled. I also noticed that there was a lot more cat interaction with him after he saw that. I think he now realizes that he is not ALONE! He is not the only man that loves cats! He also saw that it is not always crazy old women that live alone with a housefull of kitties and eat cat food for dinner!!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/o...es/biggrin.gif
I just want to say thank you for your beautiful website and to let you know that it may be doing more good than you know!!:) http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/o...lies/smile.gif
WOW, thanks so much for telling this! My husband gets so sick of hearing all the "manly" cat-bashing stories at work .... it really angers him. He does let others know about our cats, but he tries to stay out of the hoodlum stories as he knows he is fighting a losing battle with those LOSERS!!!
Yes, tell your wonderful husband he is definitely not alone, he is one of the elite group of very caring and WONDERFUL breed of men!!!! :)
Here is Catmandu and his cat Moose.

Thanks, Jen! GOT IT!:D
Wow Jen, Catmandu looks awful cute with his cat. I think that is a great picture!! I think when you see a guy that loves animals, then you know he has a gentle heart. Great quality!
Willie
The Moose and I are pleased to be included , thanks to my Friend Jen Luckenbach. I am far fro Prfect , but I do love my Cats. It is , I suppose , my saving grace.
I personally like the look on Moose's face. It is half way between "Thanks, dad, I love you too" and "OK, OK.............not in public, please" ;)
Magnus looooves his cats and they love him!
