I had a dog that was Rott/Aussie Shepard...
she looks a lot like Tilly did...except Tilly was black with brown and white...(aussie colored...) and the rottie eyebrow marks and size...
that dog is definitely part Rott...as for the other part...either a shepard or a hound...(the ears are pretty floppy...so I'd say hound...thats probably why shes not huge either...)..
Tilly was huge...90/100 pounds...and her ears werent that floppy..actually one totally stood up...and the other just the corner of it flopped over..
by the coloring...it could be a basset hound and rottie...
now that I looked again...
she looks like Rott/Chocolate Lab...
Looks like a Chesapeak/ Choco. Lab mix? Just a guess. Hope that I could help!
I bet she's part chocolate lab *or Cheapsake Bay Retriever*/Golden Retriever/Rottiweiler :) She is so adorable!
My guess would be Lab or some kind of retriever and either Dobie or Rottie. She could have been an accidental breeding, but I would probably bet she was some backyard breeders money making scam. Mix Rotties and Chocolate Labs and poof, you have "Rare Red Rottweilers". Of course as pups who would know the difference at first.
She looks like my Rottie/Dobie? mix in the face in her bath picture.
She's very cute, where did she come from?
According to the previous owners former roomate (my mother in law) she came from a box in front of a grocery store. They were selling puppies for five dollars a dog. The people selling her and her litter claimed she was a dobie/wolf mix but Im more inclined to agree with a lot of you that she has some rottie in her someplace (especially in her rear end!). The previous owner beat her pretty badly and for a while she was a nurotic and hated people (except for me). She also had to CHEW everything up. She is really good about being social now, and her chewing habbit has disapeared. It took me about six months to get her to actually be sociable with people I inviteted in to the house. She's about 2 now, and at her last vet visit wieghed 75 lbs.
I'm glad she is so popular on here, everyone thinks she is adorable *especially me!*
Happy holidays to all of you and your furry, feathered, or scaly family too!
She is very cute it really shouldnt matter what she is >
I had a lab/aussie mix, and she looked NOTHING like that! And I mean NOTHING! Then again, if she's got lab it's probebly chocolate, and mine was black. She looks like a lab/shepard mix to me.
I think this is another breed of "truley loved mutts"
I see many different breeds in her that could be a possibility, they range anywhere from a retreiver of some sort (lab/golden/nova scotia duck trolling retreiver/chesepeke), doberman, aussie, border collie, I thought maybe I saw hound in the first pic? and I am sure a few more.
The one thing I know for sure she is is 100% snack hound lol
She looks like an Australian shepherd/Lab mix, but their could possibly be some Rotti in her! Whatever she is I think she is absolutely gorgeous.
Maybe Rott and Golden Lab? Or possibly even some german shepherd? All I know is that you have one cute dog!:D

LOL(lots of lab in this case)
