Nakita is adorable. I hope her mange clears up soon and that she starts eating so she can play with the kittens. :)

Hope she gets better quickly. She is beautiful.

She ate enough today so that I didn't have to carry through with my threat to take her to the vet.

Its really really really hard keeping her quarantined. She really wants to meet my animals and vice versa. I have to shower every time after I handle her and wash all my clothes to be extra careful. I have a house full of babies that I don't want to catch the mange. Nakita really needs to play with my puppies because she needs to learn some manners. She listens to me when she mouths me too hard and I say ouch, but I think the puppies could provide her with some valuable lessons as far as dog manners goes. I can't wait until she's over this mange. Its really bad right now. She doesn't stop itching and she cries while she itches :(

How long should it take her to heal from the mange?

I don't know. I've got conflicting information from various sources (some of those are vets). I guess we'll just have to wait and find out. I do know it goes away faster than demodex, but I'm not sure how much faster.
