and of course *ANY* pictures I take of T and J are my favorite!!!;)
Gosh these pictures are just beautiful and I could never choose a favorite! Dogz I love the close-up of Otis!!! What a face! WolfQ your scenes are sooooo gorgeous. Oh to be able to see that natural beauty on a daily basis. I love the Reggie & Smokey pic too. Just precious! KayAnn of course hasn't failed to provide some awesome pics too. I am just glad we don't have to vote for a "Best in Thread." They are all winners and I will be following this thread closely. :) Great job each and every one of you!! ;)
Wow, these are some great pictures! I don't have a decent camera, so nothing to share.
LMAO, just thought of something. We gave Jaden a disposable camera in his Easter Basket last year. When we developed the pictures, you could see up every person's nostrils. It was cute because you don't really think about what everything looks like in a kid's perspective. All of his pictures are looking up.
Thanks!:DQuote:

It's really easy to take pics of Otis close up because he sleeps a lot.;)
I could never choose which one is best, they are all fabulous.:)
Great thread and pics everyone! :)
Here's a couple of pics I like from my collection. I usually prefer black/white/greyscale over colour pictures. I think you get to see more depth in the picture and notice details you wouldn't normally pick up in a colour photo.
Unfortunately, when I reduce the size of the pic for this thread, Imagestation seems to be making my pics blurry. Don't know why.
This pic was really hard to take. I balanced the camera on a window sill and Nakita kept squirming out of the shot! I had to take many shots before getting this one.

In this pic, I like how the stems and leaves of the flowers look like leather.

A cute close up of Nakita sitting on Rob's lap.

I currently don't have a camera (I borrow one), so I can't wait to get my own and take some photography classes.
:)
I love black and white photos too.
That one of Nakita and you is stunning! I have tried many times to get half of my face and half of Chubby's face, but still no luck.;)
Thanks Dogz! :D
I think the easiest way to do this type of photo is the way I did it. Place yourself infront of a window for natural light. Place the camera on the sill and set the timer.
This way you get nice natural light that is directed through the window and focuses directly on you and allows the background to be dark. Put Chubby's face as close to yours as possible and take the pic. You can always crop out the background to centre the two faces in the pic.
Thanks for the tips! I am going to have to try that!Quote:

I don't think that I have a timer... I can take a look though.:)
Here's one of my favorite recent ones. I've got so many pics on computer, it would take hours to go through them all. This one would still be in the top list.
