What beautiful pics!!!!!
I loved them all, and thanks for sharing. You will have realised by now that we can never have enough stories, or ENOUGH PICTURES!!!
Fabulous, Fabulous Kitties!!! They are beautiful cats. I loved reading about them. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to reading more stories about them.
Robin :)
P.S.....Being over here in the cat section sure does make me think about getting one!
catcrazylady,
I am really glad that you enjoyed my stories. I think that Joey has made alot of progress also and I know that patience is needed, I just want her to be more cuddly. However, it will happen at her pace and not mine.:)
Lorraine,
I am happy you enjoyed the stories and pics. I will post more in a couple of days.
Thanks to you both,
:D :D
Catdad your kitties are simply gorgeous, I also thought that they looked similar, lovely big balls of fluff.
Don't ever apologise for writing stories or posting pics about your cats, because that is what PT is all about, we all share a special bond here, and love to share special things about our kitties, their personalitys, their antics, their problems, their health, you name it , we discuss it.
Most enjoyable reading, thanks for sharing with us, we look forward to many more and hearing about your other kitty.:)
Beautiful kitties! I love Maine Coons and mixes. I really enjoyed all the great pics and the story of your adorable furbabies, thanks.
auggie, captain, RobiLee, carole and jazzcat
I am happy that you enjoyed both the stories and the pics.:D:D I really am just a proud father and very happy to hear that you liked my babies.
I have told the kitties that they are going to be posted and Bob came over to see and made some suggestions. Joey just wanted treats and an ear scratch. :)
I have seen some of your fur kids (both from post and your sigs) and I must say that I have also enjoyed seeing them.
Thanks again to you for all of your compliments and words of praise.:)
Welcome to PetTalk! I think you will enjoy it like the rest of us!
Your kitties have wonderful stories!! I love it!!
I can't believe how much alike they look!!!
TOOOOO CUTE!!
Welcome to Pet Talk CatDad.:D Both Bob and Joey are gorgeous and I also think that they look like brother and sister. :) I enjoyed reading about them and their pics too. I look forward to reading more about them and seeing more pics in the future. :)
I'm owned by 4 male cats which you can see in my signature picture. I think that Storm is a Maine Coon mix too. Cirrus is also semi-feral and I've had him for almost 8 months now. I can't pick him up but he loves to be petted.:)
OK, the problem with READING a "book" is having to REAPOND to a "book". I hope I don't forget what I wanted to say. :D
1st the cats are GORGEOUS! and definilty both long hair (no DSH for Joey)
2nd. I am highly impressed by your cat tree building skills. I'd love to know hoe (exactly) to attach the sisal rope to a post. I have built for the cats also, but have always been afraid to try that with the sisal. (and thay LOVE the sisal)
3rd I am especially happy for Joey for finding such an understanding home. I too have been through a couple of those "shy" types and it is SO rewarding. AND right now I am fostering a kittne very much like joey and I fear she will never find people to give her a chance. So your story gives us both hope.
Other than that, It is so great to have another person who is very obviously a terrific fur-parent join our family. :D
Wow Bryan - are you a professional photographer? Those pictures are wonderful.
Just how sweet are Bob and Joey - I'd just love to have a cuddle with them. I hope those two sweethearts know how lucky they are to end up with their 'forever' Dad - and Meowmie.
I think Joey looks soooooo relaxed she's really settled with you - she was just waiting for you to come and collect her.
I love the recurring bears on the photos., too - my cats have to live with Eeyore all over the house!
Never, never, never apologise for either posting pics., or telling us too much about your furkids - both impossible. As long as you keep writing we'll keep reading!
And that cat tree is tremendous - you made it!!?
Looking forward to many more pics............
Lynne
Wow, that was the longest thread I'd read yet but definately worth it !!!
Glad to hear your doing such a marvelous job with Joey, it takes a helluva lot of time and patience to befriend a feral but worth every bit of time spent. I remember rushing my RB Jock and I tried to lift him far to early and wow did he take a chunk out of my arm, 6 months later I pratically couldn't go anywhere without my shadow. Then you had to physically lift him off you so you could actually move off the sofa, plus the cheeky chap used to worm his way under the covers and up the bed through the night (he really did like his home comforts and of course loved his mum!!). My other cat Bonnie is also very cuddily and sooky now, she still doesn't like being lifted but will happily snuggle up to you on her terms !!
Keep up the good work
ps both Bob and Joey are absolutely gorgeous, no wonder your a proud dad ;)
Your cats are just beautiful. We look forward to hearing about Flicka.
It is wonderful that Bob And Joey are where they are safe and secure and dont have to worry anymore. Thank you for being there for them! Bless You!Lost Cats and Feeder!
What wonderful stories and pics! Like Carole said, no need to apologize because we love kitty stories and pics...especially pics. ;) :D Sounds like you did a wonderful job with Bob and are doing a wonderful job with Joey. They are both so adorable, and both definitely have Maine Coone in them.
Welcome to PT and can't wait for more stories and pics! :D
Oh, and if you just can't stop talking about your kitties, you've definitely found the right place. :D
