I'd call that a big success!! I'd be delighted if any new piece of equipment coming into our house was as popular.

Actually PCB, I consider the house to be of good size, it is the fact that it is not a fancy house, not in your prime neighborhood, and only a "row" (some people want only single homes). But I like it. :D and the cats do too. ;)
But but..................how did you get it for $50,000?!? :p That's nothing.......peanuts.....price of a car! LOLQuote:

I never imagined PA was that inexpensive.
I paid $10,000 for my car. used ;)
Not all of PA is so inexpensive, I am sure.
I'm talking about a brand new, nice car. :p We payed *cough cough* almost as much as you did for your house, for our car.........just a little less. :o :o :o
But you know, even if you got your house for $200,000 more than you did, ITS STILL CHEAP!
I know ;) , I just thought I'd be silly......hey wait a minute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE a nice car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D (j/k)Quote:

:D :D I'm sure you do!
Hey........that would be funny, if you bought a new car for $50,000. The you would have a house and a car..............worth exactly the same!
Our new car.............was like what..........$46,000 or something like that.........and its worth absolutely nothing compared to our house *because its absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a $50,000 house ANYWHERE here..........can't even get a tiny empty plot of land for that much.* :p
I wish things here were as cheap as where you are........because then we would probably have a mansion and not a little 3 bedroom. Oh well, I love our 3 bedroom house. :p He he he
Jen, those are great! :D And I love the way the cats couldn`t wait to try them out!:D :D :D
Then you must have inherited your furniture because it looks as nice for humans as the kitty condos look for kitties:) :) :)

But, I can tell you that I got a FANTASTIC!! deal on our living room set when we moved into our house. A queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, ottoman AND recliner all for $200.00
(used, but in GREAT shape)
of course you can't see it under the cats and blankets.:o
You must be good in negotiating;)
It's so nice that your kitties have so many places for more privacy.
Wow Jen, how lucky your babies are to be loved by you. A lot of my friends and family bagged me out for buying a $150 cat tree for Pixel! (which she now shares with the adorable Randi)
