I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and have kept it off without effort for 3 months. I was only strict with the Atkins for about a month. After that, I just changed my eating habits. I have a high protein low carb breakfast. I eat whatever I want for lunch no matter how unhealthy. And I eat no carbs after 3pm. If I have a certain fatty craving after 3pm, I force myself to wait until lunch the next day.
