I voted for Ozzy, based on the picture alone.
If you got Wink, you wouldn't have her for very long since she's so old. So why don't you get Wink AND a younger one? hehe Then you'd be able to let Wink finish out her remaining years in a loving home, while you trained a younger dog who would be with you for years to come?
Where I'm from the senior dogs are often free.
I agree with everyone else you need to go and meet them.
I also think Mocha is adorable I love those big ears!
