Thanks for the well-wishes everyone :)
The vet said Cincy's paw is healing very well, but no swimming til the staples come out ( Next Sat AM) :(
We are going out to my friend's house today to let the dogs play with her two GSD's that we will be dogsitting for next weekend...it will be a challenge keeping Cincy out of the pond, esp. since the other dogs will be in....unless I can come up with some sort of a plastic bag, like they do for people with casts ;)

Sweet Coda went to the Bridge on Thursday night...
After Chris left work she and her dad and step mom rushed Coda to Southfield Michigan to see a cardiac specialist. Coda was litterally slipping away in the car. Once they got to MI, the vet there said she was in cardian arythmea (sp?) They said it would be work to stablize her, then they would have to place a temporary pacemaker. Next they would have to get her kidney's back in working order, and then see about a permant pacemaker. Coda also suffered from arthritis and was losing her eyesight, so the difficult decision was made to help her cross the bridge peacfully and not subject to to all the invasive surgeries that may not even work.
RIP Coda.
