Bassett in for another xray

Naomi, I am so sorry to hear that Bassett had to have another chest drain. It's great to hear that she is doing okay now. Keep us posted.

How is she feeling today, Naomi? I'm sorry I missed this earlier, but wanted to let you know I am including Basset in my prayers, once again. :)

Poor Bassett. :( I guess the good news is this is the first tap in a long time. I'm glad everything went well and I'm so glad that she is so easy going about all these visits to the vet and the tapping procedure.

Bassett is still doing well and is acting like herself. It seems as though the procedure doesn't bother her at all. They give her gas to do it.. they don't have to put her to sleep or anything anymore. At first, she wouldn't hold still. I think she knows now that it's being done to help her :)
