Dearest Mr. Peepers, you were so very close to us and we never knew it! We got our boycat Archie from the Golden Valley Humane Society and if I'd known you were there too, we would have brought you both home. Of course, at our house there would be no bamboo shoots to eat, but water chestnuts there are in plenty.
At any rate, your life is a sweet one now, so I cannot regret missing out on you myself. May you always be happy, healthy and beautiful, dear boy!
I, too, have a flame point. Mr. Peepers could be a brother of Peachy, COTD, 1997, except they were found miles apart.
