Oh dear! Bella and Ripley send lots of slurpy Get Well wishes to Pepper! I bet if he knew what was in store for him Thursday he'd have a relapse! It sounds like he is going to get the works! My two enjoy the vets as long as they are in the waiting room, meeting all of the other little patients. As soon as we go into the exam room they are like shrinking violets. Hope Pepper is doing better today!

thanks pam your so very kind, yes pepper is feeling better today, but, he's been sleeping an awful lot lately, i get really worried about him. he starts crying as soon as we pull in the vets office, he probably remembers the surgery in october. jordan don't mind he's really friendly, and likes everyone, but pepper's a different story. thank you again lisa

I just wanted to say that my dog Georgia, a maltese/poodle cross had bladder stones and had to be operated on in December 2000. In December 2001 she developed adhesions at the surgery site that compromised her bladder, bowel and kidney. It was a major operation with a clinic stay of a week, but she finally recovered, although she does not have the energy and pep she used to. December 2002 was an anxious time as the vet said if the adhesions were to return it would be approximately 1 year after the first operation, but..... she is fine, thank God.

Thanks Ripley!! Betty is flirting through the computer screen right now ...
Betty Page is 14 months old, a black toy poodle who lives in Manhattan with Priscilla, a 3 year old Maine Coon, and former Cat of the Day, and Dewey a 4 month old odd-eyed white male kitten.
She enjoys wrestling with Dewey and the company of her best bichon friend who lives upstairs, barking at people on the street from 18 floors up thinking they can here her (which is rare, lol, she's not much of a barker) and cruising the dog parks. Betty's stats: 8 inches, 8.5 pounds.
Betty says: "Hi Handsome Ripley!"
