Kitten Fever!!! :D
Awwwwwwww Kim they are just soooo precious. I would take Gwen in a heartbeat along with Newton and lets not forget the little guy Carson.
Well, its been about a month, I'm about due for another cat....
I'll take Newton please.... ;)
They are all soooooo cuuuuute. :D I've fallen in love with Newton. :)
Kim - that description is a big vague and it is hard to tell what they are talking about without a piccie! I did a bit of "sniffing around" and found that the "Cameo" colour is more often described as caramel, cream or buff. It is often hard to tell the different between caramel and more recognisable colours like flame. It is a very hard colour to define and most people think of it in these terms: "it's not ginger, but I still don't know what the hell it is!"
A good example is the maine coons - have a look at this cutie:

In his coat, you can see the darker shades of "cameo" - they are almost red - and the lighter shades which are closer to your kitty's coat.
Another interesting site that you can have a look at is:

It is a bit hefty, but interesting nonetheless! Enjoy!
Thanks! I'm still not really sure what he is is.... other than adorable!!! ;) Doesn't really matter of course, I just know he's not an orangie like he sometimes looks in photographs! He matches very closely with my taupe colored carpeting! :)
Oh, my, how adorable! I love all three! gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!:)
Agreed! He is gorgeous, they all are, they will be snapped up in an instant! I love having kittens around, they are such a source of joy! I was visiting Pixel today, and on her left were two gorgeous calicos (about 8 weeks old) and they were just clamouring for some love! Even sadder was the little kitty on her right - a tiny fluffball with tux markings! So cute, and only 4 weeks old! How sad is that, that someone would dump a tiny kitten like that? I know that all three will find furrever homes with no troubles at all but it is still very sad. I wanted to take them all home, but we are only allowed one kitty :(
AWWW!
I am new to 'Pet Talk' so I'm still "scratching" my way around
the site. Your kittens are so beautiful and precious! I'm hard
pressed to chose which I love more! I was interested in the
name "Gwen". I have a black German Shepherd with the same
name (Gwenievere) and her brother is Gryphon. The names
were taken from a J.R. Tolkein book.
Soledad, I will be heading down Kim's way next week. If Newton is ready to be away from his mommy then, I would be happy to pick him up and bring him North. We could meet someplace a few miles North of Chicago so I could hand your new baby over to you. That would save you many, many miles, and maybe Sam wouldn't object so much then. ;) :)Quote:

This might also give me a chance to go down and see Tubalina in person.......oh, oh......;) :)
Just let me know.
Also, if that doesn't work, if Kim is willing to meet me somewhere between TN and Chicago, I'd be willing to meet her and bring her a little further North on another weekend if he's not quite ready to be away from Mama by next weekend (May 10), or if you're not quite settled yet and aren't quite ready for him.
So just let me know if you really, really want him, I'm sure we can work something out between the three of us to get him to you. :)
Oh, and after all of that, they are soooo adorable! I love Newton's coloring - not quite orange, but not quite brown either. And Gwen is certainly a big girl compared to little Carson, but he is such a little cutie - as is she. Awww.......:D
Tooooo Cute!!!! They're all so precious!!! AWWWWW!
