Hello and welcome! It does sound like Marley could use a playmate.... but it should probably be a female kitten....for easier adjustment! Also, I agree that he has gotten away with this behavior for too long ... so it will take time and patience to re-train him! He is a real cutie pie though, and just thinks you are a cat!!! Good luck and try to be patient with him ... let us know how it goes of course!!! ;)
