Leah, yah i know..its SO awful! i can't believe the owners can put there pups threw it?!
No i don't work for the vets, i'm to young or something (17) but i took a co-op program at school so i got to go there every morning and it was SUCH a worth while oppertunity and almost noone my age gets to see. It helps to determine it thats actually what i wanted to be (always wanted to be a vet and have an extreme love to work with animals) although mostly i saw spays cause i knew EXACTLY how the procedure was done

Hi Jackie, sorry no pics of my babies yet! I have 2 Labradors (well, probably mostly Labs!) from the SPCA. They are two 3 year old neutered males that have grown up together. They were abandoned at about one when their owners went overseas (just left at the old house, unbelievable!) and then they were placed with a "young girl" by a lady who looks after abandoned dogs. Two years later they pitched up at SPCA and they were still on Mrs Allen's microchip. So she tried to get hold of this girl with no success and then our vet brought us together.
My boys are still overweight :D so I will have to post pictures once they are more manly looking (strong resemblance to old granny-dogs at the moment!!)
They both have their dewclaws, I'm joining the local Labrador club in the new year so I will find out more about it then.

Michelle, thank goodness you have the two now and I'm sure they will have a wonderful home with you. I will be looking forward to seeing the photos once you get them on here. Good luck with the two babies.
Jackie
