I am a man who hates big city life, but after opening up today's COTD, I would just about be willing to move to Los Angeles, just to sunbathe in Goldie's warm light. I am sorry that she must now be an indoor cat, but I am certain that life on the streets of LA can be mighty dangerous for a feline, and I, too, regretfully restrict the black cat from the outdoors as well (although yesterday he made two breaks for it) so I understand. It's unfair, though. Cats ought to be able to roam about in the outdoors.

Your markings are so unique, like a cuddly little tiger. You sure seem happy to have been rescued from the outdoors. Your pretty pose says it all!

Goldie, what a pretty tortie girl you are. I would love to give you chin skritchies and belly rubs. By just being your brave, friendly and loving sweet self you now have a happy life with pillows to sleep on and semi-annual vacations.
